Techicnally it can still hit you in the air if you get hit by the actual swing, but otherwise yea. Cant be touching the ground.

Brinstar Depths is my favorite because they never brought back Pokefloats so I have to compromise with my stages that actually move instead of transition. Melee stages were on something different, man.

Fight me HopCat cuz I like Brinstar Depths, although it's mostly because of nostalgia from Melee with items on, I love the stage. The spinning is funny and the layout is weird which makes it great for casual matches. But I will admit that it sucks for trying because that bottom platform is the perfect camping spot
