Hello Dr., I would like to ask you about the benefits of practicing in the health field in Dubai. How true is it that a doctor can obtain the Golden Visa and the benefits it grants? Can employers hire you from your country of origin and arrange for your accommodation in Dubai? And on the subject of education, what about Is it true that the employer can provide academic support to the children of doctors?

4. Employer can hire u from your country. But chances are less.
5. Employers don’t give accommodations and educational support. But government hospitals will provide these extra benefits.

What is the pay and nature of work difference between a specialist and consultant pediatrician. Since With indian MD pediatrics degree we can not become a consultant, is being a specialist good enough to earn well and do quality work
Dr. For consultant, u should have dm degree.
Specialist pediatrician is like assistant professor and consultant is like Hod of department.

Doc. Ideal way is apply in LinkedIn and through internal reference to Hr inside the hospital.
With 5 years of experience, u can apply for hospital and 3 yrs experience u can try for clinics. Then visit the careers page in the respective hospitals website and apply though it.

There is vacancy for consultant neurosurgeon here and last date to apply is April 2024.
Similarly u can visit each hospital careers website and check for vacancy and apply there.

Salary varies bw 40k to 60k aed per month depending on the hospital.

Because only few medical universities in UAE. Eg Gulf medical university,Rak Medical University,Dubai medical college. Search in their website careers portal for job. On an average they may offer 30-40k aed/month. I am not sure.

BHMS Doctor can work in Hospital as medical officer in allopathy practice
No doctor. But u can work as homeopathy doctor after getting tcam dha license.

Dr. scope is very less for non clinical. difficult to get Job in hospital. but in clinics and laboratory, chances are there. but pay will be less compared to clinical degree.

Dr. With 3 yrs experience u may get in clinic. So probably around 25k to 30k aed/month.
If u have more than 5 yrs experience or holding any fellowship, then u may expect job in hospital, then expect 35k to 45k aed/month.

Maybe if the wife is not working she could take care of all the household chores just like how it is here. That would be more sensible and we could save those maid expenses as well.
