- Studying for my in training exam (ITE) in emergency medicine. Let’s study together! If you’re new, we usually get some work done using the pomodoro technique. The concept is simple. First, pick a task that needs to be done. Then we set the pomodoro timer (in this video we’re using 25 minutes) and begin working on the task. After each pomodoro session, we’ll take a 5 minute break.

Hi! I just wanted to tell you that i personally perfered the 50 min session . It makes me feel like i've done so much thing unlike the 25 one . Also 10 min rest is much better than the 5 one because it is never enough. So i just hope you make more videos of it .

Ok 3 weeks in since quarantine and i have already wasted time chilling and watching movies and films. The future is so uncertain but i really need to be productive academically. Lmao, I just did the whole thing with skipping the breaks. It's feels great to study two hours with no break. I'm gonna take a quick brake now and go for another hour. Today is one of these productive days.
