I'm currently working at a company on a rolling mill. Rolling sections from 100mm bases to 300mm bases. We have guys building frames that average a square metre of 1sq metre up to 12sq metre, 3 guys are hitting a meterage of 250to 400 Square meteres on a 10 hour shift. Depending on the layout of frames. Nice vid
Guys, use stands during assembly, so you don’t have to bend down and you have access to both side of the frame. Take a look at some video available on UA-cam.
Good Job, I have only one point to pick up your attention, Double check if you are using the right number of Screws that is coming from the design file. Maybe in some location you might require more then 2 bolts. thx
Not sure who he said would take 4 hours to build that wall from wood. It would have taken me about 15-30 to do with wood. I built houses when I got out of the military back in 1999. I have done some metal framing for US Embassy in Chad as well. I do want to build my new house with PEM Building though.
Jogar longe e fundo.
but think about the amount of cost and energy that is expended in the production and delivery of hot rolled sections to a site. Much more than for CFS.
In my forty years of experience as an Architect, the Navy was always the best, most innovative client-Go Navy.
Finally the navy and militar corporation is going to start doing something useful for humanity

Impressive modern building system
Is true. When you walking on the trust make noise?
I see these types of structures more and more in the South nowadays. Looks good and resistant
Withstand 200 mile per hour winds, if that's true, this design should be used in tornado and hurricane areas that are regularly hit in America.

cost benefit analysis materials cheap ... Machine to do job Super Expensive... Labor varies depending on which branch of military used....

just go back to using Quonset Huts but with Cold Form Steel... which would be far more efficient the stiick frame using steel
