    Looked to be a great turnout and the cows didn't disappoint. Loved the Allis-Chalmers. I live in central Kentucky, USA 50 miles from every major bourbon producer in the state. Grew up until I was 12 on a Holstein dairy, tobacco, corn, soybean farm. Sold the farm in 1978 my father and uncle opened a steel fabrication and farm equipment repair business and have been in business 40+ years. Their hobby is rebuilding old Allis-Chalmers...they bleed orange. Love your UA-cam, helps to keep farming relevant in a world where most people think that food only comes from the store. Keep up the good work. It is obvious you do it from the heart.

    • @8elementallords
      @8elementallords 4 місяці тому

      @AHD2105 Because winter isn't a good time for most animals to be out in 24/7, there's no food for grazers like cattle and other livestock to feed on, plus all the bad weather. So they stay in barns for most of the winter once it gets too nasty to stay out. Then once spring arrives and the weather improves again, all the cows get put out in the fields again like this.

    What a neat idea to make the release of cows a public event. I live in Pennsylvania and grew up around many farms both dairy and agriculture.

    Fantastic!! Seeing the crowds of people going to the farm just to see cows go into the fields for the first time since the autumn is a joy to behold. Many of which are fellow subscribers, so it is nice to see your faces and smiles and I send you a friendly wave from Japan! The most wonderful thing of all, is seeing the cattle's excitement and then the cows approach the crowds, almost as if expressing their appreciation. What a wonderfully simple event this is that brings so much happiness to both human and bovine. Kudos to all those behind the scenes that work hard to make this event possible.

    You and you dad are leaps and bounds above Clarkson Farm, apples and oranges in my opinion. You and your dad have poured a lot of blood,sweat and tears into you farm and shop and it shows immensely, you 2 may not have that notoriety but the farming is high level.

    That was an exciting experience, My Uncle had a Dairy Farm and was excited to go to it as a city kid, pigs, chicken were there too in Lucan Ontario, outside of London until dairy farming was not producing the income anymore, so sold the cows and rented the land out. My Uncle has long since passed, but there is not a harder working family than that of a farmer

    From a Native New Yorker in Virginia, USA, this is wonderful! Thank you for what you are doing, and for what you provide. Please keep it going in the face of what unelected people are attempting to do to this planet. When corporations make changes that they explain are for consumers, it is the consumer that is burdened with the consequence of their decision. We are to pay the price for their polluting the planet via the WEF stunt. Keep doing what you are doing and attract more people who want homegrown and farms.
