He’s gotten so good at putting pressure on the defense especially as an extender. Super important next to Jokic and Murray to be able to keep defenses rotating, something KCP couldn’t do. Awesome stuff!
Braun and Swatson have been more than amazing. I'm in awe with how great of a fit they've been around Jokic. Murray is no longer the clear second best player in my eyes with so much talent in the team. MPJ has been playing solid basketball and Strawther has been a great help off the bench. I think that this team is 1 good piece away from being clear favorites to win a chip this year. If they had a serviceable center like a Steven Adams or a Myers Leonard or something it would help them, someone who can sub for Jokic and do a decent job for a couple of minutes.
Yeah. I really hope Murray’s decline in play is strictly due to the injury he suffered late last season. If that’s the case, there’s a pathway for him to return to form once he’s healthy. If not, that sucks because it looks like he’s lost a step.
The Nuggets needed he and Peyton Watson to step up, and they have. Increased opportunity doesn’t always equate to efficient production, but Braun took the starting role and never looked back. He’s now another player opponents have to respect on the floor, and, he plays excellently off of Jokic.
I know Jamal’s been inconsistent/banged up this year, but I wouldn’t go that far lol. I will say that he’s one of the better role players in the league.

Great insight here. Thanks for tuning in!

Filling the role/position that KCP had is a big ask. I feel he's doing a lot better than anticipated.

He is better than Murray
