as analyst he also has to know each players pros and cons, also the whole teams mindset and strengths/weaknesses thats how he can predict what they will pick. based off their overall team tendencies. he is a genius nerd lol normal casters just know meta picks and famous players hero pool, but analysts know the teams overall
He knows this because he has the experience as a player. Reading team compositions and counters. And he witnessed so many competitive games.
What i like about him is that he's passionate on what he does. He even created his own app just for analysis. If i was a team owner i would definitely hire this guy to be team analyst and drafter.

Nah, i think coaching is a much different role than a analyst. Sure, wolf has a superb talent in analysation and i see no one else above him in this, but i think he sees that he is not that good for a coaching job

Analyzing the pattern on what's going to happen is one thing, but creating a powerful tactic/meta using those knowledge that you know regarding heroes and players is another. His great draft analysis can only make him offer counter heroes for the team, but if the enemy has already planned a powerful strategy and they have expected such counter-picks already and have prepared for them, then predicting the draft is meaningless. Meaningless in the sense that you only knew how to counter their lineup, but that lineup that you've built to counter them doesn't have any harmony or coordination to win.

To be honest as rrq fan, their draft is pretty much easy to read, they have more strats when lemon on the roster, but still they're done for now. And for me, coach aldo is one of the best drafter i ever know in indo region
