- The Russian air forces is running away from the front lines after Ukrainian strikes have made the entire Russian air force vunerable to Ukrainian strikes. With the moving of any of these aircraft the Russians will not be able to rely on any further air support. Russian forces are currently still taking high losses. Ukraine is preparing to hold the lines in the face of the upcoming Russian offensives that will begin very soon.

The French and the Brits have a fun game of sniping at each other. But it is just a game. They trust one another implicitly in times of strife. Don't mess with them. They both have serious arsenals. They WILL work together to protect UKR. And today Germany and the Norske countries have built up severely good systems. As a bloc, we will protect Germany, Poland and Ukraine. Russia has old worn out military due to corruption. Bring it on.
Correct. Massive history of banter between both nations but underneath a deep understanding and mutual trust.

In regards to the victory day parades. A lot of places in Russia won't hold official victory day festivities at all for budget reasons, so it's extra damning that the few places they actually still put effort into look more like a historical reenactment parade than their usual military victory day parade. I am personally also curious to see whether they will show off the T-14 Armata or leave it behind to not remind the people of the fact that it's available for the parade because they can't use it in Ukraine.
This is a wonderful day, I have never seen this one before, LSA !
It would seem ukr are very close to establishing air superiority over Crimia ormat least noeth of Crimea. This would mean they could operate interdition and direct attack on artillerynand armour in that region. If the ukr canmfly operations north of Crimea, that will effectively allow that area to be occupied and either Crimea taken or cut off from Russia andnoccupied East ukr. This would remove Russias main reason for invasion and end the objective for the war. It might not end the occupation of the East but might halt Russian advances and create a cease fire.
Politically, ukr might agree to have a plebicite in the eastern regions every five years until a majority agree to unify with ukraine. It will tahemdecades to democratise anyway. Military leaders will have to be removed from politics. Regional armies will, have to be demobalised or absurbed into the ukr army like the Azov unit was in the past.
For newbies please tell us what LSA stands for. Thanks.

Hugely impressed by the enforcer’s informed explanation of Turkey’s geopolitical positioning in the Middle East. My view is that Turkey is probably the best stabilising country in a very messy area headed by tyrants mostly.

I agree with Mathews take on Turkey, one of the few things where I think TheEnforcer is wrong. Turkey is behaving more and more like an enemy, and should also be, more and more, be treated like an enemy.
Turkey is not behaving like that! Turkey is in the middle between the west, the Russians and the middle east so they have to behave in such a way that they don't make an enemy out either one of the 3 that's why they do not fully stand against one and do not fully commit to one and try to keep some control on their own sphere of influence in the region! The position Tukey is in is just very complicated, for trade Russia is of huge importance to them but strategically Turkey is of great interest to the Russians while Turkish descent ethnic groups are minorities in Russia, the EU is reluctant to allow them in and keepning them on hold for decades while 1 in every 5 Turks lives in a EU member nation, the US is supporting a group that are considdered terrorist and a national threat in Turkey and the biggest historical rival of Turkey with who they do have an arms race with and are nato partners with is Greece and that is why these 2 relatively less prosperous nato members have some of the largest armies within nato when not counting the US army. The entire west is condamming their president for being a dictator and the entire middle east is seeing them suspiciously and causiously as one of theirs but not really one of theirs to trust. Try to mediate that as a country with so many both common and conflicting interests with all sides! Therefor Turkey has a special states within Nato where we kind of accept they do their own thing in their own sphere of influence as long as it is not directly conflicting with the west it's strategic interests. So like the Enforcer says Turkey does Turkey things!
That may all be so, but either their an ally or they’re not. There very well may come a time that they’ll have to choose, and if we have to wait around for an answer, then they’re not worth the time, effort, money, or commitment. We shouldn’t push them into our adversary’s arms, but them actively working against our interests and efforts isn’t a good look.
There still doing alot of business with the Russians theres more Russians in Turkey than any other country also there in trouble with Syrian terrorists who also is another Russian group
@@jackjohnson291 Sorry but the world ain't that black and white that people are either for you or against you! Other people have other risks on certain matters and therefor other interest on those matters. As long as they also have shared interests that you can work with that is fine as that is what friendships are all about, respecting eachothers interests and opinions regardless if we agree with them or not!
@@peterkralt2478 Every single country has a choice. Saying (or writing in your case) "no choice" is always, with zero exceptions, a lie, when it comes to regions administrated by several individuals (even with hypothetical AI that would be the case). You should cover Russian activities in Niger and its relationship to the energy needs of Western Europe.
As to energy, Norway raised their production of natural gas, the Thor area in the North Sea is nearly ready to recommence as well, so when winter comes, we shouldent have any need for z gas anymore.

@@jackjohnson291 thank you, though it's pretty simple math so it's nothing special
Really? You believe this BS? I heard the same thing a year ago how Russia was getting scrap tanks from storage and pictures of empty storage yards, but count up how many tanks Ukraine says it has destroyed in the past year. its twice as many as they said Russia had to begin with and Ukraine is still blowing them up dailey. Russia shipped more oil in March than ever before and their running out of oil, which one is it?? We see a video of a fire 10 miles away and we celebrate that it was completly destroyed everytime. Really? How do we know this, because there is rarely follow ups or proof, just a fire 10 miles away.
Noice!
Russia is taking town by town everyday and Ukraine soldiers are surrendering.
Just watch the rest of the news brilliant as usual thank you
Ukraine is definitely winning 🙄
Does this mean that Ukraine has air superiority over the battlefield?
It's just that vast perhaps. I think in coming weeks we will see more on this.
Air superiority with a dozen 50yo planes lol
Putin' a machine gun on a small drone will (most likely) NOT work well... Firing the gun will throw the drone off aim!
The amount of ammunition would most likely be low (very low) and the drone would not have great range / loitering time.
It might work with a big(ger) drone, not with a small one.
Greetings bibia.
There are ways around all of the above, which more than a few US producers have done already.
Heck, that FPSRussia guy (an American) here on UA-cam had a full auto 9mm (IIRC) on an early DJI, back in the day. 9mm is going to have more recoil than 5.56, for example, and that drone handled it pretty well, all things considered.
Yea... 😅Good luck with aiming.., pray & spray might work but I too doubt very much it will be a cost effective way of using small drones...
Bigger examples might work, or grounded drones, but those little flying drones are better off dropping bombs/granades/rpgwarheads etc.
@@onestone4905 Yeah, I don’t disagree. However, if the gun is on a gyroscope or damper system, it can actually be incredibly stable, just like a drone camera (or the gun on an Apache).
@@onestone4905 Even still, I do agree, unless they’re larger drones that can carry enough ammunition to make it worth while. If so, they can probably integrate bombing capability as well.

Hey guys why isn't Ireland apart of NATO?just curious
It doesn't really have a military and is officially neutral. It has an agreement with the UK to provide some military capability if required.
Recently, there has been significant discussion in Ireland about if this is a sustainable approach.
@PaulsBees ireland lacks alot of critical hardware but we have 10 thousand nato level trained troops the irish government is starting to take serious the current situation to buy a fleet of intercepeors
Thanks that's interesting to know 😊
Something about “kings” and his “subjects”…
Edit: see Northern Ireland for more details.
Theres a bigger point with aircraft like your car you can only do a set mileage before you need a service but unlike your car air frames have a set amount of hours in flight before they will require complete strip down uk feel foul of this with the Falklands when there fleet of Hercules with years of service left clocked up so many hours they lost 5yrs of there life in a short time
Did you really just slam the Russian population for not being able to identify the difference between types of military equipment from different countries...when most Americans can't even identify different countries?
Yeah, the average Russian might not be able to identify a tank from Germany or a tank from France or a tank from Britain. But the average American can't find Germany, France and Britain on map.
I'm just saying... Pointing out the general ignorance of the Russian population as some kind of burn toward the Russian war effort can ONLY backfire on Americans.
I don’t know what Americans you know, but we were required to master global geography by the age of what…9?
While the US is often criticized for this, the majority of the world can’t tell us where in the U.S. Idaho or Tennessee is, yet our states are larger than most countries.
It’s all relative.
Where is Cote d'Ivoire? @@jackjohnson291
@@ArtisZ I literally have google at my fingertips…
Actually, it's the Russian "experts" that are so poorly educated they have a hard time figuring out the differences between different military hardware. It's why they needed the display in the first place, they had many of their troops shooting at their own tanks because they hadn't been taught the difference.
Many US States are larger, and have higher GDP's than many European countries. The fact that we don't pay much attention to far away geography isn't really much of an indicator of anything.
Do many Europeans know much about the individual States in the USA? Probably less than Americans that know about European nations.
@@jackjohnson291 You don't know what Americans I know? How about the Americans who make up 1/6 of the adult population who read and write at a 3rd grade level or lower? How about the 50% of Americans who can't locate *their own states* on a map? Or the nearly 2/3 of Americans who are regularly shown to fail basic questions about world geography?
No, it's not all relative. Enforcer set a standard: he ripped on the Russian population because they can't identify different pieces of military equipment from different countries in Europe and North America. My point was that if you apply that *standard* (not relative) to both Russians and Americans, I imagine the Russians would actually come out ahead. Most of the people in America--INCLUDING MYSELF--if presented with 10 pictures of different tanks from around the world likely wouldn't be able to identify their names, designations or countries of origin any more than the average Russian could. Sorry, America but "Starbucks" is not a tank and it doesn't come from the nation of "Tik-Tok."
What I did was lower that standard. It's unreasonable to expect the average person to be able to identify military equipment from around the world. Why would we even need to know that except in *very* extreme circumstances? Just like why would the Russians need to know that except in *very* extreme circumstances? But let's take a more reasonable standard: if the Russians can't tell if a tank comes from Britain, France, Germany or the United States, can they *find* Britain, France, Germany and the United States on a map? Admittedly, I don't know. But I know Americans can't.
My objection was not that "Russians are better than Americans." My objection was that if you are going to use a standard to slam a population, then you had probably better not choose a standard that your own population regularly fails to live up to.
Turkey wants to be the first superpower, who can't even build an airplane. Tiny Sweden build high class jet fighters for decades, Turkey can build ZERO 😅
Turkey will elect someone new to run the country, Erdoğan lost heavily in the recent elections and that is beacuse of his double dealing with Russia so he dosent have the will of the people and there are dissenters in the military too, he's had his time.

Russia can only last as long as they have funds in their national wealth fund.
And since Ukraine is bombing Russian oil refineries I doubt they will even have enough gas to keep invading Ukraine by the end of the year. Hell just losing 50% of their oil production could potentially halt their war effort entirely.
@@steakinbacon8593no oil no war
@@_alienbloodEven if they have enough for the war, they won’t have enough for everyday life. Russians are grumpy and self centered, and they’ll kick up enough fuss from the inconvenience to oust putin from office (or at least stop further mobilizations).
The good thing (at least for Ukraine) about Russian centralized production of weapons and petroleum is that large manufacturing plants, depots, and refineries are extremely susceptible to attack.
