Only discovered Gua Sha tool today from a Sunday supplement and receiving one tomorrow. Thanks for this as bother with knees for a year now so will be careful and try this until my appt for orthopaedics happens ( still waiting ) but staying mobile and hoping this helps meantime and for other parts of body as teach fitness classes so need some self care ❤️❤️🙏🏽🙏🏽

My skin feels a bit tingly and gets red when I do this. Is it ok? How do you know you are doing it right? Thank you in advance

I heard a PT doctor said when its red it means blood flow and that is healing of the area

I noticed that its not leaving red tracks on the skin, is it not supposed to? This other video I watched, the women giving gua shu was bring "sand", small red dots to the surface, and leaving wide red lines. Please clarify, you seem more knowledgeable.

If you're not getting tracks it's probably a good thing, means there's no stagnant blood. It's also to do with how much pressure is used. Imo
