Very similar issue for me! I've been dealing with this mild discomfort in my right abdomen area that is triggered by stress... been dealing with it for at least a year now and I am now learning so much about the Ileocecal valve and its function (or dysfunction). Upper right back/shoulder tension, too... it's all related!

I have been having problems with my ICV ever since hiatal hernia fundoplication 3 yrs ago. I feel sick to my stomach almost everyday. What supplements do you suggest? I also watch my diet very closely except for sugar. My chiropractor resets my ICV but it doesnt stay reset. I will try resetting it at home by watching videos

Only discovered Gua Sha tool today from a Sunday supplement and receiving one tomorrow. I noticed that its not leaving red tracks on the skin, is it not supposed to? This other video I watched, the women giving gua shu was bring "sand", small red dots to the surface, and leaving wide red lines. Please clarify, you seem more knowledgeable.
If you're not getting tracks it's probably a good thing, means there's no stagnant blood. It's also to do with how much pressure is used. Imo

Thank you so so so so much for this video. I had botox from 2013 to 2017. I had so many horrific symptoms but never could figure out what it was. I was never warned about the side effects or what could have happened. I ended up losing my ability to walk for almost a year, stroke like symptoms, extreme anxiety and paranoia, impending doom of death, night terrors, disassociation aspects, memory issues and brain fog, trouble swallowing, and irregular heartbeat. I was diagnosed with hemiplegic migraines because of the stroke like symptoms. Doctor after doctor never knew how to help me or what was going on. I stopped botox and a year later I realized my symptoms had almost went away. It was so incredibly scary and so horrible to go through. The PTSD i suffered was absolutely horrific. PLEASE don't get botox, its so scary and so terrifying. :( Thank you for spreading awareness. I am only 35 and lost so many years of my life due to Botox.

I am going through this too. I cut out lactose, gluten and alcohol and it’s made a big difference for me. I also drink lemon water in the mornings and that’s helping too.
