that's a stereotype - which is for a valid reason but we shouldn't generalize it as "tabbing = automatically bad" i've fought many tabbers and a small portion of them are actually good players

tabbers are players who make use of the roblox glitch which happens when u right click hold on the white bar of roblox when not in fullscreen - holding it freezes the game and in ftap, the anticheat thinks player is flying and puts them back in ground after a few seconds of tabbing, so thats how they avoid dying
