You nailed it, and the way we should start our day, at 47, I often hear, how do I do what I do. I start my day, pretty much the way you have detailed, and because I have clientele all over the world, I take power naps twice a day, 75 minutes per nap, and because of this, I stay fresh, regardless of the time of day, or night. Your offices are very inviting, I might use some of your style to refresh our atmosphere. Sabri, thank you for sharing mate.
Love your work Sabri. Thanks for answering my question, really appreciate it. I was actually looking at it from an 8 hour window and not blocking out time. I need to drill down on my data as to how many actual conversations I really have. Also having the phone numbers pre loaded makes sense. Thanks again. 🙏
Yeah, I was on about 100-120 calls a day when doing cold calling in the past (and we used analogue back then!) So no excuse!. Now I need to do a bit more research and call those prospects. But the payoff is better. 55% commish (my own company) and recurring commissions as well, which means I don't have to start from zero the next month.
Increasing efficiency to higher calls means reduced effectiveness to some degree. When scaling this company-wide, you can be sure that their will be reps making calls to complete tasks instead of making calls to make deals. The majority of the calls will be hang ups because the outreach may be ineffective in its message. Oftentimes BDRs are scratching off lottery tickets, not pitching.
Sales is a numbers game. If you call 50 people and have a closing rate of 20%, and I call 200 people and have a closing rate of 10%, Im still gonna make more money than you.
@@danielparlered3944 you’re not wrong. Where expectations on sales (or closing rate) are not achieved is when ‘dials’ and dials alone are what’s used to derive a ‘closing rate’. This is especially true in a sales process where dials are not the only outreach method used (ie emails or even text messages) and a focus on dials occurs. One single metric such as ‘dials’ being used to linearly scale an outcome metric like ‘total sales’ is misinterpretation of data and brings unrealistic expectations. Refining the outreach message consistently is what matters more. And optimizing the overall message across platforms of outreach (LinkedIn msgs, dials, emails, text etc.)
@@zacharydoebler3703 I agree with that, you have to have the right mindset in check. When I wrote my comment I referred to the sales skills you need to require is already implied. But for sure work on your sales skills, before ever thinking about how many dials we should make. Maybe we missunderstood eachother
#Heysabri Can you make a video on cold calling for Real Estate. Watched most of the cold call videos and I'm finding it hard to fit my industry in the examples you give. Thank you for all you do. David from Nigeria.
#heysabri How would you approach selling products to customers that have already seen a full extensive presentation and know all about your product before the sales call? The only thing they don’t know is the price. How would you frame the call so that things are purposeful, so that it doesn’t feel like a big delay before the customer gets the info they actually wanted.. *Further context Customers call up from a tv advert which gives a full presentation of the product. We then call them back on a sales call.
#Hey Sabri...I just came across your videos a fort night back or a lil more. indeed they have been of great help. However can you send a real call video that you do to your customers...That would be actually practical knowledge. U know experience teaches the best. Thank you
Hey Sabri, I'm from Casablanca Morocco, I was wondering if you could help a few of my colleagues and myself to be efficient within the opening of our cold calls. We call US companies.
#heysabri How would you market a non-essential product like poster art? I have a passion for football and I want to combine it with something creative but don't know how I would (if I even should) tackle this from a 'this product solves a problem' frame. Thanks for all the rich content, the book is on it's way as we speak aswell!
Hey Bayron. I think you have to give a different focus to this kind of product. Check other companies. Look at these guys. facebook.com/shopikonick They also have a youtube channel. Best luck bro!
