Yawning is one of those things that we all think we understand, but turns out we have no f***ing clue about. I mean, personally, I could say the same thing about everything I claim to understand, but that's beside the point. But seriously, why do we yawn? It's not only when you're tired, that's for sure, so what is going on in your body whenever it happens? And why is it so difficult to stop? In this video we look at the science behind yawning as we try to explain these questions and more.
