    I have also interplanetary my coffee trees with bananas. I like the idea of the many plants around the roots. Similar to quorum sensing to build soil. I'm in far north New Zealand.

    Is that Arabica or Robusta coffee?

      Arabica.. we are 1000m above sea level, very good conditions!

      Ok but they are planted before any of those are up to nurse the coffee, in australian sun the coffee burns in one day

      @@timhills5695 it wont burn if the soil is covered retaining moist and ensuring that the coffee maintains hydrated. The Jack beans will be in action within one week!
