That’s great , I am of the opinion that we should use 100% organic fertilisers in food / edible crops but in the case of potted ornamental house plants some time it is necessary to use inorganic fertiliser in trace quantities. Because it’s a specific sphere so damages caused by them are highly localised .

It’s a cold sensitive plant and it is very difficult to save them in Ladakh because of diurnal variation of temperature
