i bought the damaged aglonema from my school the leaves turned transparent and brittle but it had a tiny leaf growth that's why i changed its soil will it grow? and why did the leaves become see thorugh?
These buds are basically flowers, aglaonemas are grown for their amazing foliage and flowers take energy from the plant. So, many cut them off so that all the energy goes into growing more gorgeous leaves.
mam i purchased aglonema last year in september but now it has turned brown and leaves are closed in winters because my native place is j&k now what should go for repotting and placed it under sun?
Clean most of the damaged leaves ( but not all ) check stems if stem is hard then put fertiliser in your plant which is a combination of NPK 19:19:19 and micronutrient after a day keep your plant in a sunny location ( but not in intense sun ) for some days .
Only If here is any emergency like pot is broken. Or plant have root rot .Repot your Aglaonema but don’t disturb root ball of your plant. but if you have brought new plant or want to repot your healthy plant then pls do it after February.
Agar temperature 24-25 degree ho to kar sakte hai . Par agar temperature is say kam ho to repotting shock May Jane aur recover na hone Kay chance hote hai .
Aglaonema ko agar open May rakhna hai to north aur east sahi hai , par agar covered balcony hai aur filtered sunlight aati hai to south & west May bhee rakh sakte h

If you are in north India buy Aglaonema plants after March otherwise you can buy them any time . Best time to repot them in April and July August September

Leaves become transparent or mushy due to over watering and over fertilisation

My Aglonema is not growing properly what shall I do ? From Kolkata.
It’s a lovely city and good for tropical plants . Use some high nitrogen fertiliser once temperature rises above 15-18 degrees
