Today we will be working on changing the speed of our footwork according to the music. In order to do this we will be practicing at a much slower speed. This will make sure that we are staying with the music and allowing ourselves to really understand this concept. Take your time, get creative and enjoy!

It would be awesome if you had a video that focuses on music, breaking down counts at different speeds like you did with this video. I'm a dancer who learned by 'feeling' the music, which has it's benefits. But there are benefits on being able to count as well. I still have to slow down and listen in order to count, even then I have trouble. Not to mention that when breaking, beginners can easily just forget the music.
