Your videos have made me think of nutrition less as “what will help me lose weight” and more of “what can I add to my diet to be healthier.” I am already eat a lot of fruits and veg, but I usually stick to the ones I like. Your videos have encouraged me to add more types into my diet, even if they aren’t the star of the show. Extra carrots in my salad, a few blueberries into my oatmeal, etc. It makes me think of nutrition as a lifelong goal, and it really helps me see my health as something I can be an active participant in. Thank you!

I can highly recommend homemade pesto. It's easy to make, you only need a blender.
Since the wild garlic season sadly is over now I suggest making a rosemary-garlic pesto. For my last one I used roughly 50-100g rosemary and a whole bud of garlic. Pine nuts are very expensive, so I used almonds.
Otherwise basil pesto is good too, but it's a bit boring unless you use Greek basil (it's a lot more flavourful than normal basil).
Overall: Try to make your own dips.

Then I worked two summers being part of a 3 man team filling containers, assembling them into cases, and sending the cases to the warehouse. We filled about 1-2 tons of each product each day. After that I couldn't stand either of them. 35 years later, sour cream is back up to tolerable when a restaurant puts some on food, but if I ever get served cottage cheese again it would still be too soon.

Like where do walnuts compare to cinnamon or steak? I know I'd buy it and hang it in a classroom or at home as a learning guide. Maybe each food group could be color coordinated so like all vegetables are green, fruit is blue, meats are red, etc? Also, an "S" tier menu with meals/snacks using just stuff from the S tiers on each list might be a pretty cool little cook book idea?
