Cash was so funny! Omg I do the same exact thing with Christmas presents under the tree! I’ve always done it that way too and my kids are 23, 20, 18 and I still do it that way lol!! I agree it’s so magical to go to bed empty tree then full Christmas morning. Also amen about the are you having more kids it’s so rude! Coming from some one who adopted all her kids I hated people asking when we would have kids. We didn’t have an infertility issue but God had his own plan for us and our kids we have and I wouldnt change it. Got our oldest at 3.5 and our middle two siblings 15 months apart at birth. But thank you for saying it like you did. STOP ASKING that people!! I cannot believe it’s been almost a year you being back! Merry Christmas Kaspers!!

At the end of each month, I write it all down and leave that on my kitchen counter by my coffee pot so I legit see it daily & know what to expect the next day! Kids are on winter break - it’s been nice to not rush anywhere lol

I do not put all of the Christmas presents under the tree right away. I may put a few but mainly I wait, so my child has the surprise moment when he gets up on Christmas morning. I remember this magical feeling as a kid to see them all stacked up pretty,, regardless if they were from parents or Santa.

Yes we used to wrapped or set up our children Christmas items/ toys . Now their all grown up and I'm older😊 . I just wrapped as I buy.

I agree you shouldn’t ask someone if they are going to have children because you don’t know their situation and you also shouldn’t ask them when is your baby due if you don’t know if they are pregnant!! They may have a health issue that makes them look pregnant. You never know. It’s rude to ask them that! So happy for you guys. Sounds like Idaho is the perfect spot for you all. Do for presents under the tree I put all the extend family and friends gifts under the tree . Christmas Eve after kids go to bed I put all the kids and hubby gifts under the tree to so they can see that more gifts came and of course Santa brings his gifts unwrapped and put them with the rest as well as filling the stockings.
I try to get the kids about the same amount of gifts but don’t pay too much attention to the price of each gift or a spending limit.

Thank you for addressing the having more children. My sister struggled for ten years. My daughter god two even going thru I IVF. She has three beautiful kids now. But that was always such a painful question for them and myself. I have two and blessed they are here. I was not able to carry them to term.

Willamette valley gets so much rain. I would love Montana. Or even texas but we bought acreage in prineville. I'm really excited! I was born next town over from Simi valley cali. Currently we are in Redmond. But , I’m excited to be moving to prineville. More of a conservative town. ❤❤

Yes! Asking if someone is going to have kids or more kids is so rude. I have 2 boys and get asked all the time “when are you going to try for a girl?” Then I have to explain that as much as I want to have a girl #1 it’s obviously a 50/50 chance on the gender and #2 I chose to have a tubal after my second because I almost died with BOTH my births and don’t want to chance a third time. And it’s so freaking annoying because it’s really no one’s business 🙄
Also want to say I love how happy you seem since moving! You just have this look about you now and you just look soooo happy and content. I love that for you 🥰

OMG! THANK YOU for saying that just because we’re women we don’t have to have kids or can’t have kids! I can’t tell you how many times I’ve been asked about that over the last several years and I’m not sure I want any. I am 33 and my husband is 50. The older I get the more I am unsure of having kids and bringing a kid into this crazy world. So thank you again! Finally someone sees it from my point of view! ❤ you’re so sweet for saying all of that!

Exactly Kristen!!! I made the decision when I was young that I didn’t want to have children and now that I’m older I’m so happy with my decision. But, yes, child bearing is a very personal subject between a husband and wife not the general public. Thank you for what you said. Merry Christmas 🎄🎁
Gallbladder issues. I have the same problems. Two of my sisters did as well and had the removal surgery, and STILL have the same issues. Gallbladder removal doesn’t fix it. I take digestive enzymes and manage it that way and stay away from gluten. My dad also has the same issues and manages it by seeing a naturopath.
Same here. I had more problems after the surgery. 🤦

I totally agree it is so rude to ask if you're going to have children or more children..to me that is a private subject and unless you bring it up shouldn't be asked. Not everything is for public knowledge. I also think it is nobody's business to have to discuss if someone had a vasectomy or their tubes tied. I just want to shout..NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS! ❤ And congrats on your sobriety, I have followed your journey with that. I am actually getting ready to celebrate 10 years sober. I thought I would never make it one day let alone 10 years. I was a die-hard 24/7 vodka drinker. I am so much healthier for having stopped. Both physically and mentally. I no longer need to numb everything up. But congrats to you, and what an example to your children. Not that anyone can't drink in front of their kids. But I think it was a decision you made for you and you have accomplished it and your children see you reaching your goals and maintaining sobriety. And that we as women can do hard things! We put the gifts under the tree as we wrap them, my kids are older; no Santa Claus lol. My kids loved seeing the gifts under the tree when they were younger, always trying to figure out what we got them.
You are so correct. Do not ask a woman about having children. You don’t know their full story and it can definitely be a painful topic. Not to mentions, it’s a personal choice and invasive to ask

We put our presents under the tree as we wrap them. But Santa brings a lot, too. We still give more than Santa does tho. He gives one big item and then some smaller items.

We only put stuff under the tree that will be gone before Christmas Eve. Like for a family/ friend get together. But if we see people Christmas Day their stuff doesn’t go under the tree Christmas morning. It’s just off to the side.
THANK YOU!!! As someone who dealt with infertility I hate when people ask if we are having more kids. I’m lucky I could bust out one. I mourned that process of not being able to have more so leave me be! Before we had our daughter it would wreck my soul when people would ask!
From illinois...Chicago for a lil...but moved to Arizona...and the homeless is bad here! Tents and garbage everywhere....so understand what youre saying! I have 6 children....3 boys..3 girls.....oh and 14 grandchildren sooooo 😊

Omg my daughter complains about the same pains in her upper stomach and back. We even took her to the ER and they ran every test you can think of and nothing was wrong. They said she had really bad acid reflux so we are careful with spicy foods but now I’m wondering about her having a problem with gluten too

Yes I put everything under the tree as soon as it’s wrapped however santa brings his gifts and fills stocking night before and the occasional present from me that is obvious and needs to be hidden I will hold off and adding that to the tree until the night before
Hahaha omg my fiance did the same with the Brunt! We had to get a work pair and a regular wear pair because he’s so obsessed with them!
I guess they are super comfy!
They even sell the insoles to buy ones theirs aren’t as comfy. I guess that shows they last long too!

We moved from Michigan to southern utah for the weather as well. But the cost of living here verse the wages are so backwards here. Is Idaho cost of living and wages good?
Wages are less here but cost of living overall is less than where we lived in Oregon.
