One of my fav movies of all time, one of the best soundtracks, and of my fav songs of all time!
Amazing scene where she realizes that a "real" life isn't in her cards and an amazing score that reflects her realization.
movie wasn't half bad, but when this track came on during the container park scene... I started rocking out in my chair to random directions, making my roommates feel very uncomfortable

I was replaying this song and then the trailer came on tv!!! surround sound hannah!
and what they did for the trailer was loop 0:14-0:22 with the music clip from 1:50- 2:06 layered underneath it! Now you know!
To be honest this version sounds a lot better then the Album one. I love the part at 0:36 - 1:12! It's like so addictive!

Sick of people saying that daft Punk and the Chems have sold out. The Chems were friends with the producer and were obviously going to want to work with him again. Daft Punk said that their music was and look was inspired by the original Tron movie so working on the soundtrack for the new one was basically a dream come true for them, not just a cheap cash in
@Daerth90 yeah this is probably one of the few actual 'songs' as percieved on the album. The Chem Bros married their own take of dance music with the feel and moods of each scene and the OST is jus the compiled list of these pieces. A couple of songs but most are just minor composed pieces

@fredfredburgerdude I whole heartedly understand your point and you are right I did respond with insults, but trust me when I say that I am a BIG fan of DP, since I was 10 that was in 2000. They are my favorite musicians out there, however, I am tired of writing paragraph after paragrah like the one you wrote explaining in an orderly and politely manner the facts, it is just after a while hearing complaints of some people, I am not able to contain myself and write comments like the one above.

@NightDriveCinema I like how you just restated what other people said, just with insults and swears. Daft Punk did a nice job with the Tron OST and it works really well with the film. However as a work of music on its own, it's not that good. The Chemical Brothers on the other hand created a completely electronic soundtrack that's not only super on its own but a perfect match with the movie as well. In working with Hans Zimmer and using an orchestra, yes I would say that DP sold out in that way.

No, we really don't. The story was cohesive, and came to a complete point of closure.
