Now for vegeta to have his hakaioshin form is great for vegeta which by meaning he does surpass goku in his mui for now his hakaioshin form is the full power of god of destruction so that brings to my question does mui have its full power? I know that goku has that mui in a giant spirt form but technically ui is a technique so he can go beyond ui but it would drain his energy and stamina more but because of plot armor he'll probably go muissj3kkx50 with no explanation. But he can stack ui on top of forms such as ssj or ssg he can't stack on top of ssj3 because ssj3 burns ki energy and ui drains stamina so he would tap out of uissj3 very easily but he can use it on ssj ssj2 and maybe even ssg but there's a problem goku hasn't fully mastered ultra instinct yet if he masters it completely than he could potentially be stronger than vegeta's g.o.d form. I don't think goku can use ssb on top of mui because of its ki drain so he can only use it to ssj to ssg he can't use kk cause it will probably kill goku. So for now vegeta passes goku for now. This took me a while to write
