The red barrel structure at 5:03 is a "Wonder washer". Clothes, water and and soap are put in the barrel, and the handle is attached and the barrel turned end over end on the stand's pivot. The same is done with softener after to rinse the same clothes. It's a real bear to wash clothes with week after week, it's only really good for camping.
Rewatched. This hide-away place had college student vibes all over it, in my opinion. The colors, strung lights, younger style shoes etc. Loved the gate on the front door. Nice touch. :)

Finally. Someone else who saw and made a proper evaluation! Although I feel it was a woman with a young daughter, if there were any children at all. The shoes, the toiletries. It felt like someone who was under a lot of hardship and doing what they could to keep themselves in a positive frame of mind. This doesn't strike me as a 'holiday house' at all. How would someone who was under threat of lawsuit for money, per that letter, have a second dwelling? Makes you wonder if she's still with us, if you know what I mean.
That prewasher thing is a hand washing machine, for hand washing clothing but getting it cleaner than washing things in the sink. You can do it up tight & spin the handle & then hot water will build up a bit of pressure, which is meant to help get the dirt out of the cloth. Thats the idea anyway.
I used one for a couple of years when I lived in a small flat with no room for a proper washing machine. It never worked very well so I upgraded to one of those mini twin-tub electrical machines - much better. So anyone thinking of nicking it from the cottage, don't bother!

What a beautiful little retreat, wacky little place, was surprised it was a guy when there are lots of signs of a woman being there, shoes, clothes, nail varnish, hair bands and normally women would have a go at chopping their hair, that was strange to find that hair on the dresser. Some very interesting stuff in there, loved it, Lisa gets to the paperwork, bottles etc I do just the same, brilliant work guys, love the video's.
I’d love to restore and live in this cute little house. I feel this person wasn’t too old and maybe had mental health issues and had to leave. If cleaned up could be a little treasure of a home.

Adam, take a look again at the caravan 30:31 - the biggest spider I've ever seen in my life was sitting there, in its web, just looking at you! 😅 I don't think this was a holiday let, I think it was a repossession. The evidence points to a couple living there and Lisa found the letter that showed they had money troubles, so they were possibly repossessed and they never went back for the rest of their stuff.
I do not think this was a holiday cottage. It seems to me there are too many products & items. You tend not to get quite so many bits & pieces in a place where people are not living full time.

That little red & white contraption on the other side of the fireplace that you thought was some kind of gas burner was actually a portable washer for underwear & stuff, it's hand propelled. There was also a bread oven in the brick wall on the right side of the cooker. I also noticed that in that one room that had the book in it by ick, behind that stain glass door was another room that you didn't even notice! Might be worth going back to check it out & move that cabinet that was in front of it? Thank you for the video.
Right. Its a 'New Age Traveller' type property....l think they are abroad and someone also lives in the clean locked caravan but are also away at the time of filming....the 'junk' caravan is being used as storage....

I think a woman lived there permanently, not a holiday home. She must have had maybe depression/anxiety hence diazepam, and the affirmations on the wall in the kitchen. She liked to smoke and drank wine. She was colouring her hair, so was she going grey, but not as old to have had the menopause. They had a dog as there was a dog lead on the back of a door. Also looked like men’s shoes on the floor. I wonder where she went to? I hope she’s ok? I don’t know why but this seems to be disrespectful going through all her personal items. I wouldn’t like it.
@21:35 you might find it's called underlay carpet, it would make sense to have that stuff onto walls to keep it warm in the winter times and ok for soundproofing

Hi Adam & Lisa, The title "Conspiracy theorist" is not well liked by people who research the truth, the title "Truther" is the term most widely used now and yes I am a researcher of the truth. The best man to listen to was Ian Crane, he was amazing and he was one of the first Truth seekers or truther, he has now sadly passed but he was and is a great man in the eyes of many and I am honoured to have known him as a friend before he was well known as he would maybe in the early days get 10 people who listened to him and that was if he was lucky. Stick to omeprazole. Ranitidine is still under investigation due to possible links to causing cancer but glaxosmithkline have ceased making it for the uk market anyway.
@@lisagallagher3600 i checked the package and it was out of date, I noticed you found poundstretcher baskets perhaps that’s where the owner got them lol, I’m just glad I watched the video, I had a perforated stomach ulcer 2 years ago and every now and then I get wicked burning stomach pains and I found them in the cupboard so was taking them, they’re gone now, I chucked them, but thank you for mentioning it, it really shocked me ❤️

The main house isn't locked the window was boarded up in kitchen. Don't think they would go abroad and leave it like that.

Could hwve the diazipam for flying as doctors will give you them if you're a nervous flyer
She could've had the diazepam (Valium) for dozens of reasons, it IS a wonderful tranquilizer but it also works wonders a a muscle relaxant.
