What a beautiful little retreat, wacky little place, was surprised it was a guy when there are lots of signs of a woman being there, shoes, clothes, nail varnish, hair bands and normally women would have a go at chopping their hair, that was strange to find that hair on the dresser. Some very interesting stuff in there, loved it, Lisa gets to the paperwork, bottles etc I do just the same, brilliant work guys, love the video's.

Wow that's crazy it's still available in the pound shops Claire! 😲 It was first recalled in Oct 2019 because they found traces of a cancer-causing chemical! That's in the UK but been discontinued all together now! Glad you've got rid anyway 😊😃 xx

Ranitidine is still under investigation due to possible links to causing cancer but glaxosmithkline have ceased making it for the uk market anyway.
@@lisagallagher3600 i checked the package and it was out of date, I noticed you found poundstretcher baskets perhaps that’s where the owner got them lol, I’m just glad I watched the video, I had a perforated stomach ulcer 2 years ago and every now and then I get wicked burning stomach pains and I found them in the cupboard so was taking them, they’re gone now, I chucked them, but thank you for mentioning it, it really shocked me ❤️

I was thinking the holiday let theory could be correct but as you say the amount of feminine products and the drawer of underwear made me think otherwise. Although it wasn't full of personal stuff like photos and so on but perhaps they were removed (or well hidden).

The more personal items could have been taken by the owner before they were evicted........possibly.......as let's face it the house is just full of replaceable everyday junk.......we all have junk we don't need 😉
watching from Australia and it freaks me out everytime u keep casually calling out "lisa's having a root!" MEANS SOMETHING VERY DIFFERENT HERE. you also keep saying he when everything in there is a ladies with hair pieces and sanitary products. Could be Homeless guy using it. But can't for to the key meter being in debt. It's the daily standing charge that's caused it typically costs 30 pence per day whether you use gas and electric or not, unless utilita which include it within unit rate, you won't get any gas or electric until cleared or tell energy company you moved into it.

I had the feeling that the woman was early forties and the son was nineteen with red hair.
Finally. Someone else who saw and made a proper evaluation! Although I feel it was a woman with a young daughter, if there were any children at all. The shoes, the toiletries. It felt like someone who was under a lot of hardship and doing what they could to keep themselves in a positive frame of mind. This doesn't strike me as a 'holiday house' at all. How would someone who was under threat of lawsuit for money, per that letter, have a second dwelling? Makes you wonder if she's still with us, if you know what I mean.

I think a woman lived there permanently, not a holiday home. She must have had maybe depression/anxiety hence diazepam, and the affirmations on the wall in the kitchen. She liked to smoke and drank wine. She was colouring her hair, so was she going grey, but not as old to have had the menopause. They had a dog as there was a dog lead on the back of a door. Also looked like men’s shoes on the floor. I wonder where she went to? I hope she’s ok? I don’t know why but this seems to be disrespectful going through all her personal items. I wouldn’t like it.
Could hwve the diazipam for flying as doctors will give you them if you're a nervous flyer
She could've had the diazepam (Valium) for dozens of reasons, it IS a wonderful tranquilizer but it also works wonders a a muscle relaxant.

I think the Rabbit picture in the bathroom is actually the Hare from Kit Williams' Masquerade - a treasure hunt puzzle book from 1979.

This place is Absolutely fabulous!! But I totally disagree with you, I immediately felt it was a womans home, on an incredibly tight budget with the 90s approach to new age with the bowls of stones and feathers and the Native Americans. I also felt she lived there permanently and not a holiday home. I've lived very basically in two cottages, as long as you are happy you don't need modern crap 😊
It had a definite 90s feel to it, the decor, bold colours etc reminded me of a tiny flat I lived in in the late 90s.
Love the charming wallpaper in the tiny kitchen!! Never seen anything quite like that before. And the words of affirmation. We all ought to take that list to heart. It appears that an elfin fay personality once dwelt in this place.

The red barrel structure at 5:03 is a "Wonder washer". Clothes, water and and soap are put in the barrel, and the handle is attached and the barrel turned end over end on the stand's pivot. The same is done with softener after to rinse the same clothes. It's a real bear to wash clothes with week after week, it's only really good for camping.

I do not think this was a holiday cottage. It seems to me there are too many products & items. You tend not to get quite so many bits & pieces in a place where people are not living full time.

That prewasher thing is a hand washing machine, for hand washing clothing but getting it cleaner than washing things in the sink. You can do it up tight & spin the handle & then hot water will build up a bit of pressure, which is meant to help get the dirt out of the cloth. Thats the idea anyway.
I used one for a couple of years when I lived in a small flat with no room for a proper washing machine. It never worked very well so I upgraded to one of those mini twin-tub electrical machines - much better. So anyone thinking of nicking it from the cottage, don't bother!

Right. Its a 'New Age Traveller' type property....l think they are abroad and someone also lives in the clean locked caravan but are also away at the time of filming....the 'junk' caravan is being used as storage....
The main house isn't locked the window was boarded up in kitchen. Don't think they would go abroad and leave it like that.

I don't think this was a holiday let, I think it was a repossession. The evidence points to a couple living there and Lisa found the letter that showed they had money troubles, so they were possibly repossessed and they never went back for the rest of their stuff.

Binge watching these videos, should be working lol at 9:12 in the bathroom, more self help words- "Every single thought, Every Single Word, Every Single Idea, you manifest and make happen in reality, every thought holds an energy, what you put out you get back" standard LoA positive stuff. The places feels very dense, dark, swampy... very strange vibe from that place. The jacket btw, is from a medical waste disposal company... the tiny red cylinder is a small portable handwashing machine, handle on top for agitation. Very weird place...
