Who is Image Comics Conquest? Powerful "Old School" Savage

- This video explores the abilities, powers, and origin of the Image Comics character "Conquest." From being one of the few Viltrumites to survive "The Scourge Virus" that ravaged the alien planet of Viltrum, this making him temporarily weakened to the point that he received significant permanent injuries from a subsequent battle with "The Rognarr," regaining his massive "Superman-like" powers, being known as an efficient and savage conqueror that loves the thrill of battle, taking orders from the Viltrumite leader "Thragg," going to Earth during the "Invincible War" aftermath to ensure that "Invincible" would finish the task of taking over the planet, having a couple of massive battles with "Invincible," "Omni-Man," "Atom Eve," "Oliver," and other superheroes that were a part of the Earth protection "Coalition," to his ultimate demise at the hands of "Invincible." Let's take a look at this Image Comics supervillain, and powerful Viltrumite warrior. This includes a short, canon character biography and my own opinionated "Sage Rating," which I use to give ratings of comic books and science fiction characters.

Sometimes I think you make some of these videos just for me`,~}☆♡☆♡ however as bad ass AZ Conquest truly is!!!! THIS just further proves how bad ass Invincible actually is!!!!!!!! Although Conquest is one of my favorite characters because of the way he's written in the way he talks. The Willpower the Invincible has is the stuff that they try to push forward on Hal Jordan. By the way conquests weakness would be his speed. But then again that's like saying Mike Tyson in his prime has a weakness of a hard left hook. Yeah okay we know his weakness but are you good enough to actually make that count?

FYI.. Conquest was seen in one of the episodes in season 1 invincible.. When nolan was reciting the story of viltrumites and their civil war.. Saw a buffed old man standing at the end..

Which is insane because although he's younger than both Conquest & Nolan, he can easily kicks their asses without even breaking a sweat.🙆♂️

To me Viltrumites are the Super Saiyans of Image comics. They constantly evolve and don't give up. They rather die than surrender. Great comic book series and great array of characters in the Invincible series. I'd wish they branch more of these characters off into their own series.
Except Saiyans can increase their superhuman abilities by turning Super Saiyan in a middle of a fight. And they have more destructive power than the Viltrumites.

Thragg was obviously much powerfull than Conquest but for me the most intense moments in the whole series was with Conquest.
The fight with conquest on earth and the battle beast vs thragg were fucking legendary.

The fight between Thragg and Battle Beast was pretty brutal as well. Battle Beast ended up getting turned into a mink coat lol.
He reminds me of a cross between Heihachi Mishima from Tekken & Nappa from DBZ.

Conquest was interesting. He absolutely loved battle so much that he actually had moments of reveling in other Viltrumites' glory. Like, him taking on the half-breed, Mark/Invincible [see 1:30], he stops, reflects, and says, "You're getting there," as if proud of Mark, despite his bloodthirst putting him right back in the mindset of having to kill him.
Badass. A race of Saiyan warriors that look like Haggard from Final Fight and Don Frye from UFC. Power of the stach. Invincible will never be strong enough unless he grows a stach. Its the equivalent of the saiyan tail.
I've always thought they look like Don Frye. Glad I'm not the only one.
Saiyans go stronger by Zenkai boosts, not tails. Tails enable them the Oozaru transformation which is a multiplier, but it's unstable.
This proves Freddy Mercury was Vilrtumite.
Don't forget Tom Selleck from Magnum PI
Allen the Alien is more like a Saiyan.

I can't wait to see the fight with these two in the show. Invincible had never beaten an adult Viltrumite before and Conquest made it clear from the get go that he's not as nice as the others he's met. And like a villain from a horror movie the old man keeps fighting despite getting bloodier and bloodier, with even the loss of most of his skin failing to stop him.
Viltrumites are like if Kryptonians traded their heat vision and ice breath for wolverine's healing factor.
Nah even worse, they get stronger with age PLUS have ridiculous lifespans

@@VishalGames Thragg is the exception not the rule dude hes literally created to be the strongest viltrumite. It says word for word in the comics, that viltrumites get stronger by just aging, as well as training and extreme stress.
Genuinely the most well done comic series I’ve ever read, I finished it for the first time a few days ago and I can’t stop thinking about it

I'm honestly curious who ends up voicing this character in the series. Kirkman said he wanted to cast more Walking Dead alumni in future seasons(Andrew Lincoln, Norman Reedus, Danai Gurira, Melissa McBride, Jeffrey Dean Morgan etc) I could see the latter being an option

Conquest is the reason I got into the fantastic series. I was going thru an edgy phase looking for edgy comics on the internet and I found some scans of the first fight. I’ll never regret getting spoiled on that fight. Worth it

The Viltrumites sound pretty similar to the Saiyans from Dragonball Z. Still pretty cool though.
Except Saiyans can project energy blasts that can destroy planets, and turn Super Saiyan to increase their strength, speed, and durability.

How come he was able to repel Vegeta's Galick Gun which it was planet level with his Kamehameha? Riddle me that. And Goku was breathing in space when he fought Beerus in his base form.
