So grateful to have found you, I completed this and two others since i started last week. Age 53 and this easy low impact aerobic exercise brought me back to my college days of begrudgingly having to add a fitness course to my curriculum… little did my young 20 year old mind I would be nostalgic of those precious youthful days. You’re amazing 🤩
Wonderful I believe walking workouts are so beneficial to individuals to start some movement in their lives. It is simple yet so effective for people that are sedentary and are just starting activity.
I'm sweaty and I did it!! What a sweet workout to get the muscles moving! Had extra juice so followed it up with an old 80s lower body workout too. I used lighter weights and really focused on form during that one, remembering all of your excellent beginner guidance! 💪🏽 Thank you Chris!
Favorite cardio session to date this 30 day program. Your queuing is excellent. Bonus…..I already see that my conditioning is improving. Thank you very much for this program.

I’m sweaty and I did it - twice! Made the second round higher intensity with jacks instead of taps and adding a hop into the lunges - high arms throughout - easy to work up a sweat. Loved it - feeling energised and ready for a stormy Friday in the UK 💪🙏
