Yo. Mali , All your music is a blessing. I was in rehab for a while and I could not listen to the music of my choice. I have been blessing everyone I meet with your music for a while years. When I got home From rehabilitation I just needed to hear something good. So I looked you up and new song Let Go was released. Coincidence? No a purposeful message. Today I celebrated 1 year Sober alcohol free. Many who are not educated on therapy don’t understand dopamine and how it attaches to brain receptors, and how alcohol and Narcotics attach to those receptors. Which replaces the Natural dopamine the human body produces. When you can no longer produce dopamine if you don’t drink your receptors are naked with nothing attached. This is addiction ! Something has to be attached or really bad things can and most likely will if you don’t attach something to your brains receptors. The hard part is it takes 30-45 days for the human body to create dopamine on it’s own again. During this period you feel literally soul less. It’s a feeling hard to explain. Just going through the motions. But then you wake up your body creates it’s own natural dopamine. It’s maybe one of the best feelings in the world. True natural high provided by Yah built in. Stopping is not hard! It requires mostly education, and short term isolation. Back to Let Go . Now that it’s been a year Sober I like it even more! Never gets old.. Thank you

The hard part is it takes 30-45 days for the human body to create dopamine on it’s own again. During this period you feel literally soul less. It’s a feeling hard to explain. Just going through the motions. But then you wake up your body creates it’s own natural dopamine. It’s maybe one of the best feelings in the world. True natural high provided by Yah built in.
