Can't wait to try your recipe, looks delicious! My mother was from the south and in the summer we always had cucumbers floating in white vinegar and water (50/50 ratio) with sliced onions and black pepper. You are right they taste better after sitting in the fridge for awhile. I love rice vinegar! I am sure your family's recipe will become a favorite!!! Love your video!!!!
