this music reminds me so much of my childhood days the weddings, bautismos. the coming of age for young girls just recently did my husband and I started listening again to Waila, we love it and its all about family friends and of course we can not say enough about the dancing such a natural way of movement and so much fun!!!

Is this Spanish style of music popular in AZ?? Just wondering, because I’ve seen several different videos of natives dancing to this Spanish styles of music. Blows me away. I’m not used to seeing natives dance like they do at Mexican dances

Kam Frank Tribes that are closer to the Border of Mexico are somewhat Mexicans as well. But we don’t call it Spanish music, it’s called Waila.
