Model thickness refers to the thickness of the aquifer we are going to model. Hence, the model top elevation is the elevation in reference to the datum. the model thickness and top elevation can be equal when the model bottom is considered as a datum.

What difference between model thickness and elevation?
Model thickness refers to the thickness of the aquifer we are going to model. Hence, the model top elevation is the elevation in reference to the datum. the model thickness and top elevation can be equal when the model bottom is considered as a datum.
