The addition of the dropper post was the missing piece to fulfill my dream bike build for touring. I was cautioned that it might potentially compromise the bike frame's integrity, but I believe that if it's installed correctly, the enhancement to my riding experience will be well worth it. Thanks for sharing this, bro; it's exactly what I've been searching for. *Nayswan!* 😁
I think this might be a hack, If the bike frame had a 3x/2x shifting before, then it upgraded to a 1x chainring, I think you can use that 3x/2x shift housing hole as a dropper seatpost housing and guide the housing through the seat tube.
@@CoggieBike I mean if the frame has internal cable routing, You can insert it, ang guide it on bottom bracket hole just like in Trinx bikes, and guide it again upwards, through the seat tube.
@@nzo_6543 fyi going from 2X to 1X is not necessarily an upgrade, it is just a change. There are pros and cons for both: 2X is better for cycling on-road and 1X is better for cycling off-road. I actually changed from 1X (34t) to 2X (38t-28t) for a more efficient chain line and a higher top gear ratio while retaining good climbing gear ratio. Changed to an 11t-36t cassette to offset the weight added by the 2X setup. I bike like 95% on-road anyway, bad pavement but still roads.
@@sepg5084 Yes I understand that, 2x/3x are used for flat roads or casual rides or even rough roads, and 1x for trail use, just depends like "what kind of ride your doing?"
Im just wondering if it's possible to route it through the bottom bracket area, up the downtube. If there is internal routing for the fd, then perhaps it can exit through that?
there are other types of dropper posts that are "manual" where the actuating lever is physically on the post and doesn't require a cable hole. Just gotta find them

He prefers the remote actuation, that's why he went through all this effort for it.
Sir please gift to me a gear cycle 🥺🙏
Please give me one cycle
Nothing is free, look, he spend his own money for his bike parts, and replacing them with better parts in it,
If he gave one bike to you the money that he spend on parts is like almost nothing on him,
Also, I know you will abuse it with stunts and skids, rather than good care of it,
@@nzo_6543 I care it like god because he had gifted me this thought I have a gentle care
