10th International Mariachi Women's Festival

The Mariachi Women's Foundation was proud to present the 10th International Mariachi Women's Festival on September 23, 2023. Featured performers included mariachi and jarocho harpist Natsumi Imamura from Tokyo, Japan accompanied by the Los Angeles-based Grupo Bella. Mariachi Rosas Divinas from Dallas, Texas and headliners the two-time Grammy-winning Mariachi Divas from L.A. The festival was preceded by a brief youth showcase highlighting LAUSD mariachi programs and participants also included Mariachi Mariposas from Garfield High School and Mariachi Corazon Jalisciense both that were funded by a California Arts Council Youth Development Grant.
