Hey sonar do you have any recommendations on a good bait caster and casting rod for good value. I already have 2 but they aren’t super nice ones so I’d like to get another one, just need so advice on which to get.

Hey bud! Well, it depends on what you’re looking to do with the rod and what techniques. The reel is pretty easy. Find a reel with a gear ratio in the 7 range. There’s a lot of good reels on the market. I suggest one like a Abu Garcia Revo….they make a great reel at different price ranges. The rod I would suggest overall is a Fitzgerald All Purpose 7’3” MH. That is a really versatile rod. A Vursa series in the same length and action is also very good and less expensive.
