- This another greatest moment in the history of flim making in indian cinema of this awesome bollywood blockbuster movie Kal ho Naa ho where Naina is about to tell Aman what she fells about him, but Aman lies to her by telling her that he is already married to Priya and he is in New York to bring her back home which is actually his doctor who is fighting day and night for Aman's Cancer Treatment. This scene was wonderfully captured & portait by Nikhil Advani on how the movie takes an unexpected twist when its found that Aman does love Naina but his heart is not strong enough to love her back. Naina then breaks down after finding about Amans marriage and Rohit who loves naina could not tell her about his feelings. Our great story writter and producer Karan Johar breaked all the box office records by writting such a romantic, emotional and heart breaking story. Each and every second of this clip is worth watching as it was written and picturized very carefully and emotionally. There is no cure for it...person may die suddenly due to cardiac arrest with weak heart...but it teaches you the value of life...hope i survive long enough to see few more years.. This is the best part of the movie. Shahrukh Khan is the acting god 😊 He is the life and soul of this movie. Kal Ho Naa Ho won't have been Kal Ho Naa Ho without Shahrukh Khan. This movie is in my second choice after My Name Is Khan. Hats off to you Shahrukh bhai 😁

Rohit's expressions actually made me sad. It was that sudden shock to hear something like that from someone you love...not to mention that violin in the background. I can literally hear rohit's heart breaking into pieces n his whole body working to not show that pain in front on Naina. Also Naina's heartbreak n realization that she can't get back her love is so hurtful to watch. Hat's off to Said n preity man. And of course srk is king of every emotional scene ❤.
