Can you guys install a bafang on my green speed magnum?

Question. When using the Bafang, do you hear any motor whine, and if so how loud is it?

very quiet. I doubt you will hear it after you get moving. Sort of a whirring sound if you hit the throttle at low speeds.

I know it depends on many factors but whats the average distance you can go and how long does it take to charge the battery?

Here in Florida, most people can comfortably go 40-60 miles on a battery. Of course high boost or high throttle usage will reduce that range. The battery charges in about 2-3 hours.

Did you have to extend the speed sensor cable?

We extended all the sensors and wiring to fit the trike.

My only concern the vdo looks like a cell phone that some crook may try to steal thinking it's a cell phone.

The panel is removable if you need to leave the bike unattended.
