Welcome to the club.i bought a engine from a import shop. Had my mechanic install it. Turned out the cams and roller rockers were cooked. So I had tuner 2 cams installed with crower retainers etc.. when I got to the Dyno I found out the block had crank walk. So now I'm working on engine number 3.
Man I know thats a big set back. But hope the sale goes well so you can start back on it again. drop a stock motor in and have fun till you get the other stuff together.
Are those 12.5:1 pistons quite a bit heavier than smaller ratios? We’re they h22 pistons? Do you know the part numbers, I’d like to compare them to mine
I realize how shitty that must feel. Sorry dude. As rev fun as a typical honda is, you are revving into dangerous territory for a 90.7mm stroke H, and since you have a 95mm I think you were at your limit. I almost wonder if changing everything lower end changed your harmonization frequency. I have read anecdotes about H/F series having really bad harmonics at 8k rpm, and I can see your rod changing from being ductile to non malleable due to harmonics. Too bad you couldn't strain gauge the other three rods to see how close they were to failure for cheap. Dirty B1tch for the loss :(
Rip a legend
Hard lesson. Keep your head up bro you’re doing some crazy shit. Mad props.

So sorry this happened to you bro!! But you gotta keep pushing!! Looking forward to more videos
Its alright man it happens
RIP to the realest. Gone but not forgotten.
Would you ship to FL?
Brother that sux!!! It made good power. I hope u re build, good luck keep pushing!!
Thanks man !
Hey man I’m right there with you, prelude got me that’s why I’m staying NA on the h23a this time
Get pauter x beam rods no eagle or molnar or ebay h beams
How do we buy stuff off you

Neverrrrr sleeved h is the way
I would try boosting forged f20b dude the shorter stroke will help with things like that
Going back to h22 mane
@@Moneygrip ever looked into Jswap? Quietest 600hp car in the world #halferlandperformance
So saad, speedy rebuild dude
Slow and steady is the only way
Love joe joe
The king
Sucks man, I’ve been watching. What kind of rods and pistons did you do? I’m building one with k20 pistons only 10.2:1 though cp rods and pistons
Cp Carrillo 88mm 12.5:1 pistons and molnar h beam rods
Never heard of Molnar before, it’s prob that compression ratio that did you in.
@@anthonydixon3422 piston weight did it and molnar is og i only knew about them because of their history with v8s

@@anthonydixon3422 i forgot what they weighed
Felt that.
Noooooo :( wait i thought that was a fully built engine???
Yea it was
What kind of rods did the engine have?
Molnar technology h beams
@@Moneygrip I’m thinking of getting Eagle H beans . Any thoughts?
Mahle Powerpak pistons 12:1
@@SINCERE33012 fuck no absolutely not i had them and sold them before they even went in. If youre building a h22 get an I beam or X beam rod
@@Moneygrip dangggggg you saved me!. Going to check that out.!! Your the man!.

I had a 95mm h23a dawg i just didnt have strong enough rods the h22 has a good enough rod stroke ratio to safely do 9,000-9,500
@Money Grip yea i rip mine to 8600 everytime i drive it and its pretty washed with unknown mileage 😂
Noooo 😭
Oooph. sleeved, o ring, cp pistons, but stock rods... those things fail in na builds :(
Stock rods???? I had molnar technology h beams what are you talking about?
I wish i knew pauter made x beam rods i would have bought those
My B. Watched your build vid and misheard you. Crazy those rods let go around that power.
@@Chillingnutslap yea man its all good
NOOOOOOOOOO
Nooo
Time for k swap
Absolutely not i do not want those kinds of transmission problems
