in this video, i recap the entire apocalyptic trilogy controversy involving the apocalyptic trilogy verification by trick gmd, his lackluster handling of the situation with the APTeam, Zimnyte and Polterghast and their involvement, as well as the drama in my previous geometry dash video. normally gd controversy can be menial to some extent, but this time given the sheer amount of time of the playtesters Trick wasted, and the mental heaIth cost of Trick's chiIdish behavior, I think this is important. @@50Steaks68 i agree that trick is a good player, and i also agree that it's unfair to hold verifications back from someone for how they act to an extent, however if trick can't even handle a verification of a level purely because it go nerfed to were it would not top 1, and when buffed back to being top 1 the gameplay (which happens to be dated) is awful, then it's very easy to question if he should be trusted with another top 1 verification. i do think he should have a chance with the amethyst, but if it's too much to handle and he does the same thing as he did with apt, it's easy to say he probably shouldn't be trusted with top 1 verifications, good player or not.
tldr: trick is a good player, but with how he switched up on apt multiple times to seemingly get out of the verification, his ability to verify these levels are questionable, but i do think he should have another chance

I'm glad it won't be Top 1 tbh. This level is actually some of APTeams best work, and whenever they make levels that aren't focused on difficulty, they're usually quite good. Blood Swamps is the best example of this, and that is ironically their best work to date even though it's been 1.5 years since we've heard anything about it, and it's not top 50 suicide inducing difficulty. Hope Trick releases a statement clarifying his wrongdoings and chills out.
