Dr is so underrated . So many different builds you can apply to him and do well at all levels.

This build seems like a nightmare to go up against.
You can basically replace save the best for last with any perk you want it's more of a free slot.

Yes doctor is pretty much unstoppable with this combination. For most the other killers I play one iri and another purple or green OP

There are many things that should be a base kit.
Fun Fact: Wraith while cloaked used to see red highlighted pools of blood. Now it's an add-on (-_-) and he can no longer see blood pools while cloaked.
I love using the doctor! I love the perk that creates fake pallets for the survivors. They always run back to the same ones thinking they’re safe😂

I've recently started playing again and went back to using Dr as my main killer. This build is completely 💯 . I am currently on a 11 game streak using it. The only people that have escaped are people I take to the trap door if they give me a good game. Thanks for the build . I do use different perks though.

I main Doc, I try to keep an even number on both iri add-ons and hoard as much as possible XD
When D3AD is your killer, just accept your loss
Calm spirit keeps you from screaming when shocked and resilience and spine chill will help you get those vaults quicker

Doctor is so underrated to me, I'm not a pro or anything but just thinking about the anti gen perks you can out on, he could be such a menace but i never see him. Guess when Blight, nurse etc exist and everyone feels the need to play like it's the Olympics why bother lmao

How do you make the game look clearer?
Iri king is... certainly an addon. Definitely not my favorite due to it not giving the straight benefits of the other addons, and only giving the afflictions. The aura reading is useful tho. I usually use the "Calm" addon due to it changing the terror radius, and if every survivor who's in madness hears a distant terror radius it will probably keep them on edge and maybe even throw them off. Iri queen is a godsend tho

I’m a new doctor and only been playing him for a couple of games dose anyone have any tips and tricks to help out ? My doctor is only level 15 so pretty much new
Shock the survivors ahead of time before a pallet or window they won't be able to use it. Also, get them Mad as soon as you can.

I have a question about The Doctor. Does he have ANY ability to down someone from range? As in a non basic attack from right up close? Just played against one that downed us 3 times from extremely far away, 2 were at the same time with people like 15 meters away from each other. Cheater??
Doc dosent have a ranged attack that can damage survivors. 1. Either you got deepwound status, that you didnt mend or 2. You didnt escape trough the gates or hatch before the endgame timer runs out, that means The Entity will kill any remaining survivors in the map.

i think playing against a doctor is so irritating especially when they know how to shock there seems to be no counter play and is usually boring going against
You have to admit it is a challenge though, and you don't want a trail that is easy, you want to get points.
