Very educational
Though signs, messages, awareness of any sort have gone out to the masses both in the rural and urban areas isn't captured well enough of the dangers of smoking to an individuals health.
This awareness about smoking is very vital to the general public of Papua New Guinea for convenience sake.
I for one, personally smoked two packets of cigarette a day but somehow just suddenly stopped without promising anyone to quit smoking.
I saw that it was a habit I developed whilst in community school through to my adulthood but wasn't born with it,period.
Today I feel energetic walking long distances and doing multiple tasks and time has passed on more than a decade ago now that I ain't smoking now.🤔❤🙏👍
It’s great to hear your testimony about how you quit smoking. It’s true that awareness campaigns about the dangers of smoking are indeed crucial for public health. Your personal experience serves as an inspiring example of how one can make a positive change in their life. Continued efforts in raising awareness about the risks of smoking can help others follow your path to a healthier, smoke-free lifestyle.
