The magistrate was John Numapo a Simbu Adventist judge. I heard from his brother Jacob Numapo that he arranged for Heritage Singers to come and perform at UPNG when he was the UPNG ASTA president in 1986. Their brother Baal Numapo was a PNG Kumul player.
