    Thanks for the review, was thinking about getting one of these and you answered the questions I had.

      Awesome. I still use it and recommend it. It can be rather large for some people depending on the furniture they will be seated in but it needs to be large for your keyboard and mouse. I think if they added some RGB it would be more popular :D

    Do you have any updates on this? Are you still using it? anything else you would change? I travel a lot with the military and typically stay in hotels. Hotel desks are always terrible, if they even have one and so are the chairs that go with them. I have a couple "laptop" tables that I bring and use on the beds but they aren't perfect; either too wobbly or actually lay on my legs. I'm looking at the newer version of this to stick my gaming laptop on. I guess I'm asking if you have any regrets after getting this?

    Would love to hear any alternatives. This thing is so expensive, I might as well make my own.

      Use the kids blocks that are like rubber kinda, that come in shapes, and hot glue together. Light weight but sturdy

    I bought one and it came with a large 3M sticky thing the size of the mouse pad but it seems its only one sided sticky and i have no idea what to do with it because the mousepad stays in place just fine without it. Unless its intended for something else. Any ideas?

    • @Hitpointsgaming
      @Hitpointsgaming  Рік тому

      I also received a strip of 3m tape, I never used it. The mousepad I use doesn't slide nor move at all. As a matter of fact I still have the tape rolled up in the bag next to me.

    Is it possible to connect it directly to the smart TV with Steam Link app?
    .
    My PC is in another room and I use Steam Link to stream games in my smart TV.

    06:35 How many inches is the monitor? It looks very big.

    • @Hitpointsgaming
      @Hitpointsgaming  3 роки тому +1

      The projector screen is just about 142 inches. I use an Epson 5040UB, amzn.to/35TcUIM, to project onto it.

    Hi HitsPointsGaming,
    What wires and cables are essential to have. I am buying the couchmaster cycon off someone which is used already. He doesn't provide any wires - what wires are essential to get?

    • @Hitpointsgaming
      @Hitpointsgaming  4 роки тому

      All you need is a long enough USB 3.0 cable to reach your PC from where you will be seated. The mouse/keyboard/etc all plug into the couchmaster inside it and you can use the 1 USB on the top if you need to charge a phone.

      @@Hitpointsgaming Hiya mate, Thanks for response. Will something like this do? I already have the nerdy tec cabl 3.0 extension cable but only that and nothing fits into the power socket on the board. Do you know what the name is of the cable plugged in the long extension cable - that's what I need. 5:08

      No it's not! You can move it anywhere you want. It does comes with velcro so you can attach it so it doesn't move but I don't use it. After 2 years of using it I still love it! I have been noticing some issues with my wired Microsoft Xbox 360 controller not always working right using the attached USB 3.0 cable but it doesn't always happen.

    Use a little USB ADC dongle for the microphone :)

    • @Hitpointsgaming
      @Hitpointsgaming  3 роки тому

      Not a bad idea, however my mics use the large XLR connections and I'm afraid of feedback.

    • @zeroqp

      it happens when one uses the camera mic to record, instead of a dedicated one that's much closer... I dont know why he doesn't just use a clip-on mic.

    Thanks for the review but this seems like too much. The lapdog seem sufficient.

    • @Hitpointsgaming
      @Hitpointsgaming  6 років тому +3

      It is rather large but I prefer this to the lapdog because I can pick the keyboard I want to use and not forced to use one that fits the lapdog.

    You don't need this pile of useless shit. I've been PC couch gamign for 20 years, you need a wireless keyboard, wireless mouse, wireless headset, and a book to put your mouse pad on! That's it!

    • @Hitpointsgaming
      @Hitpointsgaming  4 роки тому

      I think many people have the same opinion as yours, you don't need this. But, if you enjoy playing on a couch and looking for something, which I deem, better than a book this is the next step. If a book, snack table, TV dinner table or even a box work for you then you keep using it. I was looking for something a bit more.

      Sense of shame??? This should be competitive. They already have built in couch refrigerator. Now some how work a bathroom in there and then you really have something.

      It's actually not been bad. After about 6 weeks old he started to sleep through the night with maybe 1-2 nights waking up for a minute or two. Currently, we get about 5 nights where he doesn't wake up at all with about 12 hours of sleep!
