Although there's not a lot of debutante there is a good mix of old and new players. Nice to see Steve back, nice to see players like Bingham and Dale too
Always good to hear Jimmys opinions, a player who has achieved so much, won so much, vast experience.
Good to see Stephen back on TV he’s far to fine a player to be qualifying but hopefully he can take some confidence from this good win over an in form player and start to climb up the rankings again. Always liked him and the way he plays.
Watched a lot of qualifying and it's tough, no one really sailed through was a lot of 10-7s, 10-8s, 10-9s.

Stephen Hendry's worst loss at the crucible has to be the 2002 World final v Peter Ebdon. Ebdon took his soul that day

Lets remember the standard he had to play back when he won so many titles the only real competitors he had was Davis and White. Ronnie won most of his titles with a much stronger field with so many top players that can win it any day just to name a few Trump, Wilson, Higgins, Selby, Williams, Robertson, Allen, Murphy the list goes on and on. So in conclusion he was a great player for the opponents he had to face, did he have any of the type of opponents I mentioned he would definitely not have won much or ANY.
