Bob Cousy should be on the list for the Celtics. The man was before his time and without him, this entire list would not exist. He was the first modern point guard that all others built their respective styles off of.
Actually, Maravich did it in a far more "complicated" era, mostly because they were much stricter at calling the - dribbling - rules back then... Players like Jamal Crawford or Allen Iverson would've been called for a violation 8 times out of 10 if they played in the 60's/70's with the same dribbling style they employed for their careers. Dunk Buster could've used better highlights of Pete's handles though.
i have watched him, its not about the best player, its about the ball handler..magic isnt known for its flashy dribbling skill..go watch some of his videos and tell me if i was wrong
For all the people wondering why they left out certain teams? Well they didn't, you are just blind, and there are a lot of players on here that could be the best ball handler for many teams but they wanted to only use every player one time, because Pistol Pete, AI, Jason Williams, etc.. could have been on multiple teams but they Didn't want it that way
Think this is one of your most consistent lists although I'd have Tiny Archibald instead of Bibby for the Kings, and you should've used better highlights - or more exact ones - of Pistol Pete's handles. Plus, I'd like to give a mention to Dwayne Washington, Archie Clark, Fat Lever, Phil Chenier and Magic.
Jason Williams for the Kings, obviously. Love Steve Nash, his handles put a big smile on my face. And I have never, ever seen anybody shift their body as ridiculously fast and quick, as Derrick Rose.
I got so happy when i saw my boy DRose for the bulls but i was disappointed bc you didnt show much of his ball handling, just a few of his crossovers But it's good tho, loved the video :)
Such a well thought out list. Only team I could argue with is maybe the Thunder. But even then, Harden is probably a better overall ball handler based on his reduced amount of turnovers compared to Russell. Great video and list.
Lmao all the comments saying Curry shouldn't be on here. Their all just Curry haters. Get over it guys, he has unreal handles and you have to admit that.
Good job making sure most of the major ball handlers were represented and no more than once. I think it was a little tricky as some players had significant careers with two team (like Jason Williams, Tim Hardaway, and Mark Jackson).
When I see lists like this they are usually biased to only picking new era players or yield to older generation players. This picked truly the best ball handlers. This list was perfect. The only thing I might have done, nitpicking, is put Jay Will on the Kings and find another ball handler on the Griz cause he made his ball handling mark in that uniform.
In my opinion, I think James Harden should have been on the Rockets. And Russell or Kevin Durant should have been the Thunder. But I did like the video
I'm assuming one person couldn't be for two teams because Tim Hardaway should've been the best for the heat & Warriors and Jason Williams should've been the best for grizzlies and kings
I think there was a typo for the warriors. You said " Steph Curry" I think you meant "Tim Hardaway, the man who practically popularized the killer crossover". That sneaky autocorrect
kings is Jason Williams, not bibby!!
white chocolate was already in grizzlies
He don't put 2 in one
shutup
Grizzlies should've been mike Conley jr
Darnell yes
Next should be nba's tallest players ever by team
no
I thought Westbrook from the west?
that's chris bosh stupid
Oh my bad.
I noticed theirs mainly small pigs on this but ya they r the best
i'd like to think that i watch your videos occasionally but the occasions comes very often!! your awesomeness is ruining my life
thanks man! :)
I like this kind of video
+Dunk Buster what's your favorite team?
You, sir, know your NBA basketball.
Thanks for putting this up.
white chocolate and j crossover are the best
So nobody else gon say John wall shouldve been for the wizards?
Jarrett Green right
Jarrett Green not really, the side can handle it but he shines during transition
john wall is fast as hell, but as far as handles go, strickland is a better ball handler
Where is Shaq?
l
It's a joke you idiots
it made 9 people upvote and I laughed so there's that
it made me laugh
W
No Yao????
lol
😂😂
Kid82fy that pissed me off and no shaq either
Bob Cousy should be on the list for the Celtics. The man was before his time and without him, this entire list would not exist. He was the first modern point guard that all others built their respective styles off of.
I have so much respect for the Cous.
"Pistol" Pete Maravich is the best ball handler ever. I'm glad he was on the list.
j crossover is the greatest ball handler ever
Hell no Pete was doing Jamal Crawford moves in the fucking 70s!!
+Pistol Pete well he did.. but jamal does more in a more complicated era
allen iverson?
Actually, Maravich did it in a far more "complicated" era, mostly because they were much stricter at calling the - dribbling - rules back then... lakers--magic johnson
yea so true wtf is this guy doing
johnson is not known for his ankle breakers and cross overs..he is well known for his flashy pass
that is ball handling as well like pistol Pete and also magic could dribble go watch some tapes and then if you still think that than you can comment
i have watched him, its not about the best player, its about the ball handler..magic isnt known for its flashy dribbling skill..go watch some of his videos and tell me if i was wrong
Do u know what ball handling is
It was i ho say to you that you should do this video 💪🏾 Great Vid Bro 👑
Mike bibby for kings?? dude Jason Williams is a Waaay better ball handler.
yeah but he put j will on the grizzlies
can he not be both? plus, magic was a way better ball handler than van exel. some of the choices on this list is questionable
Tyreke Evans was also a better ball handler, for the record, but he would also be a duplicate
Right?
i remember J-Will more as a Kings than a Grizzlies
New Orleans hornets is not active in the nba anymore is should be Charlotte Hornets...
in that case.. Kemba
the New Orleans Hornets were renamed to the New Orleans Pelicans in 07 I think. Hornets were renamed from the Charlotte Bobcats.
it definitely wasn't changed in 07.
+donkor thomas You're right, it was changed in '13. I confused that with the year they relocated to New Orleans from OKC.
my guess was either 11 or 13 I just couldn't remember
For all the people wondering why they left out certain teams? Well they didn't, you are just blind, and there are a lot of players on here that could be the best ball handler for many teams but they wanted to only use every player one time, because Pistol Pete, AI, Jason Williams, etc.. could have been on multiple teams but they Didn't want it that way
Sacramento should've been White Chocolate instead of Bibby, and Conley should be for Memphis
Roody Opont EXACTLY
Roody Opont I forgot who white chocolate is
Dinoderp22 Jason Williams
Think this is one of your most consistent lists although I'd have Tiny Archibald instead of Bibby for the Kings, and you should've used better highlights - or more exact ones - of Pistol Pete's handles. Plus, I'd like to give a mention to Dwayne Washington, Archie Clark, Fat Lever, Phil Chenier and Magic.
who is nick van exel
a great and underrated player
very underrated
should be magic who the fck will pick nick
So I'm going to assume a person could only be used once? cause I would've had Jason Williams for both Grizzlies and the Kings
u probably started watching nba at like 2012 right lame ass nigga
Jason Williams for the Kings, obviously. Love Steve Nash, his handles put a big smile on my face. And I have never, ever seen anybody shift their body as ridiculously fast and quick, as Derrick Rose.
Salute for showing nick van exel some love
Thanks for posting the one that I kept asking for
I got so happy when i saw my boy DRose for the bulls but i was disappointed bc you didnt show much of his ball handling, just a few of his crossovers
But it's good tho, loved the video :)
Nice Videos bro! But you forgot Allen Iverson on the nuggets if i am correct.
Awesome video man, you can also do a video with blocks from pointguards..
Before the vid I was like "If I dont see Ty Lawson on the Nuggets im a flip out" but you had him good vid
My boy Scally better be here.
Such a well thought out list. Only team I could argue with is maybe the Thunder. But even then, Harden is probably a better overall ball handler based on his reduced amount of turnovers compared to Russell. Great video and list.
Best passes/passers by team
Magic, Nash, Williams and CP3 better be there
And curry
Curry with the behind the back to the sidelines in the finals 😂
Curry's turnovers are passes
Great videos
Lmao all the comments saying Curry shouldn't be on here. Their all just Curry haters. Get over it guys, he has unreal handles and you have to admit that.
Thunder shouldve been Russell Westbrook
Warriors shoulve been Tim Hardaway
Heat shoulve been Dwayne Wade
and Lakers shouldve been Magic
Christian Pena warriors should be j crossover
Isaiah Beverley yup
Westbrook doesn't have handles
Hardaway>Wade
Thunder should have been Durant
Yo they dead ass tried the hell out of Wade for the Heat
could of went to wade but you cant leave hardaway off the list
Akudo Gibbs Hell yeah
Hardaway > Wade in handles.
You must not have watched Jamal Crawford on the hawks, bulls and knicks. He used his handles back then way more than he does for the clippers
Marlon Ndoro
Yup but he didn't stay on those teams unlike the clippers, they say he'll retire in Clippers..
should of put Bob Cousy for the Celtics
It's funny how Jeff Teague got those sick Ankle breakers on those players but missed all of them shots
Good job making sure most of the major ball handlers were represented and no more than once. I think it was a little tricky as some players had significant careers with two team (like Jason Williams, Tim Hardaway, and Mark Jackson).
Whats next? sugestions: best rebounder, best coach, best ensemble/season, best 6th man...
Kings should've been j will and grizzlies should've been mike Conley jr
Great list.
Next can you do best team player, like passing and assisting
Video Idea: each nba teams best passer.
You probably never seen Steve Francis play .......that's why he is #1 ball handler for the Rockets
this fool started watching nba recently he dont know shit about nothing
I said it was my opinion. So don't be talking
What's the background song
How long ago was this video made? Hornets Chris Paul?
It's stupid that some people think curry has better handles then Kyrie

I never knew a center could be the best dribbler in his franchise
Dinoderp22 who?

can someone please tell me whats this song/beat called? thanks mate
Celtics: Brian Scalabrine the GOAT
James Harden on Thunder. Shots fired
J-Will on Kings too for sure, and Magic maybe on Lakers
what is the intro song? :)
I'm assuming one person couldn't be for two teams because Tim Hardaway should've been the best for the heat & Warriors and Jason Williams should've been the best for grizzlies and kings
TFC Gaming Steph curry has better handles for the warriors than Tim hardaway did
+Elijah Siegel Tim is just faster
TFC Gaming also pistol Pete for hawks
Thanks for leaving out so many team like cavs ,charlotte Hornets ,heat ,bucks , 76ers
intro song?
van exel
Do best defenders by team
I feel cool because I know where that intro comes from
This guy really put the New Orleans Pelicans and the New Orleans Hornets
Bulls- Jamal Crawford Knicks- Jamal Crawford Hawks- Jamal Crawford Trail Blazers- Jamal Crawford Warriors-Jamal Crawford Clippers- Jamal Crawford
Congrats. You did New Orleans twice.
jason kidd for nets - ball handling doesnt mean only the dribbling skills it also means passing
he chosen him for mavs though
best passers by every team
0:42 first ankle breaker un NBA history Lmao .
Best Part the intro
THANK YOU for not putting Kobe under the Lakers best ball handler.
Boston = Brian Scalabrine AKA the GOAT
I don't know if this is fitting but I think Stockton should be for Jazz, not Maravich.
Shana Ann Cuison Maravich was the man who invented the sick handle..
hey idk if you've noticed but steve nash was on the mavericks to lol
Why is Cp3 not a pellican?
d rose before scalabrine come on man
Lol
Do best Two-Way player from each team

FarmerJoe not over Jason Williams, they was drafted to the opposite team the put each other as. SO DISRESPECTFUL
lol at dirk trying to keep up with d-rose at 1:51

I think there was a typo for the warriors. You said " Steph Curry" I think you meant "Tim Hardaway, the man who practically popularized the killer crossover". That sneaky autocorrect
0:39 that was nasty af
song name?
D-Wade for the Heat and Magic for Lakers!
Jason Williams and Iverson had to be in two teams as the best ball handlers
this one I'm not sure about lillard or Brandon Roy?
