this arrangement has some deceptively difficult places littered throughout especially the improvisatory like passage work, you did a pretty phenomenal job on this, working on this myself on and off and i think this is one of the finest versions I've seen/heard to date. kudos!
I just purchased the CFX myself and was stunned by the sound; especially the pure and long sustain. I made an almost 5 minute recording of my first playing on an inexpensive DGX-650 and was absolutely in heaven with just the full classic default. I looked at your settings with interest. I noticed you increased dynamic range to 90% and altered the volume curve slightly. Also I think you mixed mics evenly along with a small amount of sympathetic resonance. I have not tried reverb yet. I need a better set of headphones I think before I make adjustments. I prefer a partially open back like the AKG540 and I’m using a $15 Pair right now. Thanks for sharing your settings. What was your “base” sample set? I think Classic is best - at least initial assessment. I need to get soft pedal set up right on my DGX-650 as I have the pedal board but they are not assigned to all the right control values. Thanks for sharing your info ~~ Frank - I did a L and S.
A wonderful performance! Im so glad someone finally managed to learn and upload this beauty. This piece throws a variety of triplets and has a somewhat loose, improvisatory LH accompaniment and requires some really nimble fingerwork in some section. I can't applaud this performance any more than I have. Just amazing!
@@rach3master I'm probably super late, lol, but is this the book you're talking about? www.amazon.com/Piano-Collection-Gestalt-Replicant-Official/dp/4773233036/ref=asc_df_4773233036/?tag=hyprod-20&linkCode=df0&hvadid=312115090752&hvpos=&hvnetw=g&hvrand=5149098286596664649&hvpone=&hvptwo=&hvqmt=&hvdev=c&hvdvcmdl=&hvlocint=&hvlocphy=1015033&hvtargid=pla-528390064023&psc=1
@@rach3master Dang, I have the piano collections, but it looks like I'm gonna have to get that one as well because this is just amazing! Is there any crossover between the two?
I'm using Classic (Full) and the Traditional Symphonic Concert Hall impulse reverb setting with all 4 knobs at 1 o'clock for additional reverb. I also added a sliver of Sympathetic/Sustain Resonance and eliminated the Pedal Noise. Room/Release Decay is maxed out. For this piece specifically I used a Closed Lid for a more muffled sound.

I love this so much. I must have played it at least 20 times already.

So beautiful
You play so well! I love how I can feel the emotions of the song from how you play it. Hopefully I'll get there someday !
So nice, high feeling and performance. Thank you dear.

where can i buy the sheet music?
Since when did you start playing the piano?
@@rach3master hahaha I'm getting there too. Not old enough yet
curious if you have this transcribed somewhere and willing to share?:)
This piece is actually already published in the NieR Gestalt & Replicant Official Piano Score Book (not the Piano Collections).
@@rach3master Oh cool, didn't know that. thanks!
What parts in particular did you change from the last upload?
Random measures scattered throughout the piece that were bugging me. So minor though you probably can't even tell the difference.
What is the piano model name?
AvantGrand
amazing :) could you share your CFX - settings with me? I have the same software, but I don't get it to sound as good
