- This is a new contract for us and we are very happy to have won it. It needs licking into shape first so that's were we come in and give it some LHL attention and get it up to our standard. This is the first of many videos so stay tuned. Wow. I lived in a small block where we had a ‘team’ of 2 or 3 gardeners who just cut the grass and trimmed small hedges. Yours is 4 times the size. The residents are blessed to have your services! Respect!

I do love watching your videos. I’m in Southern California now but lived for about 20years in Montana totally different climate. I did some gardening when I lived there and really enjoyed it, I’m now 79yo and live in an apartment complex so don’t do much physical anymore so really enjoy watching you, like your personality and work ethics think your great. Hi Lee, sooo glad you cut all of yhose lower branches off the trees by the walk through making it much safer for people to walk alomg, especially at night. very thoughtful of you. WOW! loving that edging machine!! what a difference it made giving the estate grounds an instant facelift & upgrade especially on the hedged boarder by entrance that you tidied & re-dug the boarder undermeath the hedge.... HUGE improvement. Cant wait to see the journey/transformation of this estate & im sure that the residents already truly appreciate your work so far......TFS

Once again, you reveal the hidden sparkle beneath the dross. Watching you cut all those edges was a delight (clearly I have a thing for neat edges), and making good that overgrown allyway and the entrance gardens was a real pleasure to see. I have a smaller apartment block, where the bare minimum has been done, in fairness its all I have done this year as its very time limited. there is a lot I want to do throughout the slow period to get it up to scratch, I did try restoring the lawn, but with limited results because of the dry weather we had (he says as its pouring down)

Brilliant video Lee has always alot of work for one man ,If the council was looking after it they would have a team of people on it ,you really enjoy hard work you must walk about 20 mile a day with all that mowing .Good luck Lee .

New to your channel and learning lots as I am attempting some gardening. Really impressed with your professionalism, uniform is great. Where I live has a communal garden and our 'gardeners' are doing the minimum. They recently had an incident of a stone breaking our window when mowing the lawn. So far, refusing responsibility, even though I am guessing you all work with a liability insurance? Thanks

Great start there mate. Loads to go at. The little things like suckers on trees and edging have been neglected by the previous contractor. If people are left to get away with cutting corners then they eventually keep cutting corners till the sites look like this. Great job buddy👍
