Sir, why water content does not have any upper limit, at complete saturation it will have 100% value, but can it have value more than that?

At complete saturation soil's voids are fully filled with water only that gives a 100% saturation numerically but it can take the value more than that also which comes out as a result of bulky or flow conditioned soil...
