Its a very trashy add-on. 830 minecoins to put trims on 9 specific items. There are too many good addons available to waste on a low effort cash grab like this one.
but I think that they will update it in the future and also include those made of wood, stone and gold... maybe even crossbows, bows etc.
Yeah, way too expensive for what it offers. I wouldn't pay more than 200 minecoins, but even that's not worth it.
@@ern0982 Crossbows, bows and tridents would be cool, but I don't see the point in having trims for wood, stone, gold and iron. I feel like people would only commit resources to diamond and netherite. This addon is a good idea, but the asking price is too high and not enough effort was put into it to justify the price.
@@brandonsalinas4888 also including wooden, stone and gold weapons would make the addon more complete
We couldn't add more trims due to game optimization. Adding more texture and item would crash some device or cause missing texture issue. The add-on seem simple, but the back-end is quite complex due to bedrock limitation. Hopefully we can improve this addon in the future. We will reconsider the pricing!
Don't understand why the forge is an entity. They could've made it a block. It looks like one acts like one but ain't
Bedrock limitation. If the forge is interactable it has to be an entity, along side any other interactable blocks for add ons
We can't do the forge a non-entity with current game limitation.
Any tools with durability get reset and if you have enchantments on them so do they

Only specific tools doesnt even sound right tbh.. i get why the decision was made, seeing as gold/stone tools are sort of nonfactors. But should it really be their decision to cherry pick what tools you can use the add-on on? Seems alot like just cutting corners for the sake of cutting corners.

A little expensive, but I like where they’re going with this. Only other issue I have is that they didn’t include shield and fishing rods to have trims as well.

At first I saw this in the Marketplace I was like "WOAH!" but then I give it some thought and im like "meh, it should've been lower priced" for what it seems but when I saw this video im like "😑" not for the vid and such but for what that Add-on gives, 1st thing i saw that makes me unhappy is that that Forge looks like an Entity, I might be wrong but... with the other Add-Ons with entities being used for furniture and such... bad memories, 2nd when I saw that Wood, Stone and Gold is non Trimable... yeah it lost my interest, so they should release a huge Update fixing all of that soon or needs to be priced free or removed.

We can't do the forge a non-entity with current game limitation. Stone, gold and wood were removed because of game optimization. It would add too much texture file and item file and either crash the world or have texture issue. We can't make an addon free as we wish. We will consider lowering the price.
@@blocky9619 Ahh, I see and I understand, also I apologize for my comment being abit harsh, I wasn't having a good time that day and all but I understand the reasonings for you're choices and all.

@@dclegend4988 No worry! Been an hard project on our side, had to fix a lot of issue and work around the game limitation! This would have been so easy on Java, yet bearely possible on Bedrock. Hopefully we get new feature on Bedrock soon that allow us to interact with real blocks!

I don’t understand why marketplace addons don’t make them be custom blocks instead of having the trim furnace thing be entities, like you can very easily make custom blocks using normal addons

When will someone finally create an addon with new strong bosses and structures?? All these addons are for multiplayer, but solo mode is so easy, that's boring😢

It’s a fun idea and adds customization options for tools and gear.
Other than the price issue, I also think not having trims for shields is a criminally missed opportunity.
