Nice but it would make more sense to attach the bigger bathroom to the ground floor bedroom and make the smaller one the powder room. That way, guests wouldn’t have to pass through the laundry room to use the rest room and whoever uses the ground floor bedroom would have a nicer, more spacious bathroom. And let’s face it, the laundry room is far from the neatest place or a proper room to show to guests so I don’t understand the open design here.

With 5 bedrooms all located in second floor wherein the 2 rooms has their connecting toilet and bath for each. Only the master bedroom has its own master T&B? Also, could i request the living room connected with a lanai/garden and the kitchen connected with the dirt kitchen. I also want the kitchen with a huge and beautiful counter. Please also put small pantry please. I also want a family room on the second floor connected with a balcony.. last request could you please make sure its high ceiling and has a huge living area and dining area. if u have the budget, prefer 2 storey house especially if u dont have a wide lot area. once family starts living in the house, things will keep piling up and its too much hassle to extend ur house..

All your house designs have carports..lol why not do a garage next time..in Australia majority of all houses 1,2 car garages….no carports..if you want carport you have to built it yourself..
