For the Trent situation, I think he'll stay, but I won't be surprised if he ends up in Real Madrid sometime as he is a Real Madrid type of player.
For our new manager, I'd take Xabi Alonso, Amorim, Flick, Conte, Zidane, Inzaghi, or Ancelotti (I know Zidane and Ancelotti are unobtainable).
If I see Nagelsman, Frank, or De Zerbi, especially De Zerbi or Frank, I'll want both of them gone immediately they step foot into my club.
As for players, it depends on the incoming manager. I do want us to bin Diaz and Gakpo (maybe), and replace them with better players.

Taa is far far far from overrated. For the can’t defend narrative, he’s won every trophy available to him as a right back. No inverting either. He’s not the best rb in the world defensively, but he can do a good enough job. He’s by far the best rb going forward. No one even close to him

I already said he’s not the best defender, but he’s still good enough. Especially when you factor in how good he is going forward. Best fullback on earth going forward and no one gets close. The best right backs of the game have said how good he is, but your just sat here saying he’s overrated
@curtisjackson2478 a fully fit Reece James is miles better than TAA, the only thing hes got is his cross, thats it, and when youre a full back your bumber 1 priority is to defend, Reece may not have as good of a cross but hes just as good going forward, and id argue that Salah, Mane and Firmino were pivotal to your success, TAA was not the one winning you games, hence why last year when Salah and Mane went to afcon you guys dropped down the table, hes a secondary player, he does a job, has the odd flash of creativity and talent, but hes certainly not pivotal lol, you could have any decent full back in that position with those front 3 and you wouldve had the same success
