@@koasterkid5966 Click on the terrain button then click on elevate select paint and click on okay then choose your type of material and hold apply and move the brush around! (hope this helps)

Although the negative to that is he'd have to release it as a $70 game or be steam exclusive

Ultimate coaster 1 and 2 is the best for me on andriod because the coaster was realistic except the decoration but they keep updating it
