What a lovely video and what an awesome and beautiful horse. I wish I could live in such an adorable little town and see this everyday. The old ways are just the best! Love and hugs from Florida USA. 🥰
This is so wonderful to watch. I can remember when the shire horses used to deliver to the brewery where I grew up. There used to be a lot of shows as well where the breweries would show their horses. I was born 1967. Thank you for sharing ❤❤❤
How lovely to see a horse pulling a carriage, without the need for a Crupper. Just goes to show it’s possible, and so much more comfortable for the horse.
Very moving your a credit to society and everything you stand for it’s just pure magic you keep the tradition alive for us to see thank you for everything that you do that that beautiful horse is a stunner
Is that a white shire mare??? She's an absolutely beautiful, adorable and devastatingly stunning baby girl!!!! How old is that wonderful breath of fresh air?????
That is definitely a docked tail, it just isn't braided up short. An undocked tail on a 1 ton driving horse is a dangerous thing, not a whim or a fashion. While this mare is obviously safe now, you don't know when a foal is born how the training is going to go. Even this lovely mare may have been quite snorty as a young 2 or 3 year old in training. For those of you who don't know what I'm talking about, here is the thing. The tailbone and muscle of a draft horse is inches thick and massively strong, and about 15 inches long. Flapping reins can get caught under a horse's tail and instinctively a horse will often clamp down their tail trapping the rein and if panicked, may react dangerously and the driver has no way to stop that reaction because the rein is clamped under the horses tail. it is a recipe for absolute disaster.
I just love old barns so much character what beautiful horses doing what they were bred to do move commerce! Some plowed tbe field I just love the big guys!
I enjoyed to see all the different parts of the harness, and especially the veiw from the driver's point of view. I think it's great when people keep traditions alive. Not what I would call a very graceful looking horse, but in the same way it feels very traditional.
Amsterdam, calling 📞 I lived for years around Banbury & Oxford I hate ,lagers, like Heineken myself Best bitter- beer West of the Milky Way , l tell you Old Hookie for ever And the Christmas Special .....The Best ever ! Long live Hookie🎉
She's awfully small for a Shire. Shires are the largest of the Draft breeds, standing 20 hands or taller. She's a pretty thing and so patient at doing her job.
She is a small shire probably around 16:1 16:2ish. 17 - 18hh is usually about average for a shire but they can get bigger, my boy is 19:2 and one of his close relations is 21hh give or take i cant remember exactly.
I can tell the horse was tired after her work was done. She was ready to rest and have a bite to eat. Lovely.
What a beautiful sight to see a working horse doing a Stirling job a beautiful horse ❤❤ long may she continue

I would love to see this beautiful horse delivering her wares in such a charming village! Wonderful!
What a heartwarming video - this is the world I want to live in!
Me too. 🥰🥰🥰

Yeah I thought there was a piece missing there, but it got around fine without it!
What a sweet story, lovely community, beautiful shire horse. Thank you for sharing!
Absolutely beautiful 👌

How beautiful 🤩
Beautiful! Thank you for sharing.
Fantastic to see an independent brewery, with old traditions and values being kept alive, Interbrew have a lot to answer to.

This was so beautiful I wanted to visit the UK 🇬🇧 Sue from Adelaide 🇦🇺

Finally someone showing what a working horse can look like, fully able to look smart and do her job with no bearing reins with all her tail bones
An increasingly rare breed doing the job it was designed for! Well done to the company and all involved! Save the Shire breed!
Docking tails is illegal in the UK and many other parts of Europe, thankfully.
Exactly, unlike the other well known US brewery that persists in the practice for no reason other than vanity

It is a banged tail, with the hair trimmed short but tail docking is illegal in the UK so it is definitely not docked
So lovely when I grew up in tiny village on the Somerset levels in the 50s every farmer had working horses and they were so beautiful
I just love old barns so much character what beautiful horses doing what they were bred to do move commerce! Some plowed tbe field I just love the big guys!
Fine horses and fine beer - doesn't get much better than that!
This is a lovely video alright.

The horse looks good, great way to deliver beer. Are the two men always dressed so flawlessly?
Such good care for this really fine worker. Thank you for sharing.🐴
I have a grey one as well. Never met a brighter horse, very impressive mind.

The best of UK . The beer (Hooky Gold ) is a great English Bitter . Even the horse drinks it.
Classic English ales with the most beautiful horse breed there is they look absolutely amazing with all their tac and brass on.
YES !!! Save the Shire Horse !!! 👏🥳❤👍
Simply wonderful
I love big draft horses, genial giants ♥️
Woo hoo I’d like a quid for every time I’ve been pissed on hooky bitter. It was 23pence per pint when I first drank it in 1974. Oh happy days!
This is amazing! I love it ♥
Beautiful horse

Would like to know more about this gentle giant. Name/age, do you breed them yourselves?
Brilliant

The horse in the thumbnail has a kindly expression.
Fairytale land does exist!!
I love horses and #JohnnyDeppIsKing 🤘♥️🌎...

Shires are 16 to 18 hands, usually. 20 hands is very rare in any horse.

a pure white ( or grey) , Shire horse ??????? not a Clydesdale ?
Grey is one of the traditional colours for shires.

Hate when they dock horses tails! It is cruel and no reason for it. Horses need there fly swatter!
The tail is not docked.
dock horses tails is illegal in the UK these are not docked
Respect sir
