      AVOID Alma Lasers!!! I had such a bad experience of this device, it was locked without any reason during my treatment. The doctor contacted their team and we had to wait for an hour. It’s horrible that the device is out of order during the treatment. How can we trust in a company that even have no procedure to control human errors? I won’t have any treatment related to Alam Lasers.

      AVOID Alma Lasers
      1. Our device was locked without any reason or notification, causing the client to lie on the treatment bed for an hour. And all laser treatments were delayed on that day, and the clients thought us as unprofessional, even questioning the authenticity of the machine. We had to refund the client and pay for their train tickets. This has seriously damaged our reputation. We purchased this device to expand our services and attract more clients, but due to Alma Lasers human error, we have instead lost clients.
      2. Regarding this serious problem, Alma Lasers have provided no after-sales service. Their proposed solution was to post on Instagram, which sounds extremely unprofessional and like a joke. What’s even worse is, the sales blamed us for being unable to handle the client's inquiries within the clinic. They are blaming us for an incident caused by their error. This is very rude.
      3. Over the past month, none of their after-sales have contacted us about this serious incident or proposed any solutions. Apart from sending passive-aggressive messages blaming us, they have not provided any necessary solutions.
      We have repeatedly tried to contact them through emails, phone calls, and website messages. Finally, after a month, their regional manager came to our clinic. His attitude was even more arrogant than their salespeople. At that time, he promised to go back to the company to discuss whether they could take back their machine. However, two weeks later, when I asked if they could take it back or resell it to someone else, he replied, "This is not my responsibility. I am not obligated to help you resell it." They keep changing their words and don't know what integrity and respect are. Since then, no one from their company has given me any response or solution. This is extremely unprofessional, and we can no longer trust their company.
